He'll see his tattoos and it wont matter if he reads TC.

    Unless he's a labour supporter.

Gary Mackay-Steven was terrific today; full of running and very unselfish. Brown and Biton also dominated. After the shock first goal we gradually began to more effectively exert our dominance. The final twenty minutes was great. Full of hope for the current team if we can get the chemistry right.

How is he technically limited? He scores free kicks ffs, how on earch can you be 'technically limited' yet be a set piece taker, and a good one at that :smiley-laughing002:

I'm hoping he's back to his best this season. Played very well tonight.

His 2 performances so far have been poor. Yes hes got assists and goals out them but his general play has been poor.

Its okay against a team from Iceland, hopefully he'll lose the hairband and get back to last seasons form.

He played 30 leagues games that season.

Izzy, Blackman and El Kaddouri played 21 games combined so he had 9 games max at lb. Matthews probably had a few games at lb as well that season.

How many games altogether did he play? He played there a lot that season, a lot at centre back and a few in midfield.

Ciftci right now is a worse option than Stokes.

    Touch, awareness, skill.

He is technically limited, even his freekicks are *. Better than izzy though at left back.

Love how Ronny flip this, remember he was asked about how celtic need to play dundee utd 4(?) times in a row and he flipped it and said "they need to play us 4(?) times also"

then tonight asked about having to travel to qarabag and he flipped it by saying they need to come over here to play us..

Helps psychologically things like that. :icon_mrgreen:

Not in a lone striker role mate, he plays that very well. Just needs to get amongst the goals, only thing he was missing tonight.

The ball sticks to him, no matter how he gets it! We've * missed that.

I would say his technique and skill are very good. Much better than any of our other defenders perhaps bar Virgil. Did you see his goal last night?

It was brilliant watching two ex Celts and team mates, go at it like that. Loved it. The closest version of Monday night football we'll get:smiley-laughing002:
