i don't want to be a PC *,but i have noticed that, we as members of this forum/club have a very cool atitude towards drug use / abuse, i personally have had first hand experience of what they can do to a family...! now i respect that everyone has the right to live there lives in whatever fashion they so wish, but i am not to sure about the way we allow peeps to advertise it on here...it's my opinion, take as you will.

    Who is advertising drugs?

If someone has a more relaxed attitude towards drugs than you why not challenge that opinion?

Put forward an argument instead of just complaining.

I agree. Some things are made into a big deal, but the drug thing seems to go unnoticed. I've commented on drug threads before, but there is definitely too much advertising.

its a tough one boys my best mate has just all but ruined his life with coke resently he got caught with 2 killos and by the sound of it he is hooked so im starting to look at that particular drug in a different light i suppose it could be toned down a bit just a bit of respect but you cant change peoples attitudes

maybe less of the threads dedicated to it and pictures would help

Fact of the matter is that drugs are not forced upon anyone. They do so of their own free accord. You have the option of taking them or not. You seem to like to advertise your drug of choice which is alcohol (which kills). That my friend is your argument blown away already. The issue of legality is another matter.

The Celtic Song so long as Dean Park doesn't sing it.
I don't have a problem with weed, pretty harmless IMO but I don't partake of it's questionable pleasures, I do however have a problem with the misuse of the class A drugs. All you have to do is idolise Pete Docherty and Amy Winehouse to see the benefits of it. Who wouldn't want to stuff that * up your nose after seeing those two :87: As for crack cocaine and smack that's another lovely habit, you get to walk about Glasgow spaced out your head with a unique accent saying kwality man and shouting your head off at tourists and your girlfriend, meanwhile us onlookers can only look on with jealousy. The glamorous lifestyle is beyond my finances. I will just stick to having a few beers with my mates dreaming of the day I can inject or snort my way into oblivion. :38:

Here's a question troops. Why do you think, in this country and in Ireland, so many of the population regularly get wasted out of their minds with booze and/or drugs ?

    Genuine question.

So I suppose you get offended by Scarface then, a legend of a film that many young folk regard as their favourite. Glamorizes coke more than this site does yet its up there with the best. Take it up with Tony lol
PS are you running for Government?

Scarface does not glamorize coke. It shows you how empty and pathetic coke is. They all die, that's not very glamorous.
