My favourite Celtic player of all time was wee Bertie, and his wee mother was one of the biggest characters I've ever met,met Bertie a few times, and the stories about his wee maw were endless.

Jimmy Johnstone was the greatest Celtic player I have ever had the pleasure to watch, week in week out,in fact when he was playing for the reserves on a Friday night, back in those days, there were more people at the reserve game, than the next day,met Jimmy a few times too and he was a load of fun.

Billy McNeil was without a doubt the greatest captain we have ever had,and I find it sad, that people on here are trying to tarnish the mans reputation with some * bullshit about (a car park meeting with the Whites),yes I met Billy a couple of times to and I can tell you, that he is one of the classiest people I have ever met.

Kenny Dalglish, all I will say is when we Celtic supporters in the Milton heard that Sean Fallon had signed him that night,we were * disgusted to see that (sash wearing, walking in the front with his father every sunday morning during 11am mass banging the drums,as they marched passed St Augustines Chapel)sign for Celtic, made us want to * boak,as I said before,a torn faced * *.

Henrik, class no more no less, will be a long time before we see another Henrik.

Some wonderful players we have had to enjoy playing for Celtic, and even though I never had the chance to see,or meet,I just think that James McGrory with his outstanding goal scoring record,is a step ahead,of them all.

So Billy never meet the then Celtic board members in a car park whilst Davie Hay was still in charge, and I'm not trying to tarnish anything I think youl find even Billy regrets the way things happened

Edit: and we are both wrong it was Jack McGinn he met with

    Still waiting.

Anyhoo,I was a member of the CSC,s in Brooklyn NYC and Kearney NJ since 1970 until about 1990,and we used to have our annual banquet were we would bring players over, wine and dine them so to speak, I also had the pleasure not to long ago to have met Billy and Bertie, when they were over for a charity doo,so your "sycophant" is oot the windae.

However, give me proof that one of the classiest people I have ever met, the man most of us hold esteem, met a "White" or was it a "McGinn" in ra car park to more or less stab another classy Celtic man in ra back.

    I said "proof",not rumour.

See how easy it is to * up,heh we all do it sometimes.

But to come on a Celtic Football Club forum and try to tarnish, belittle, degrade one of our most loved, celebrated, adored,ex players, with innuendo and rumour that you cant back up, with proof, what the * can I tell you.
