    Tony gale and Stuart Pearce..

They both couldn't fathom how that was missed, saying 'one of the five officials must have saw that'..

They must both be paranoid Celtic fans as well..

If you look at the vines going around of the incident the assistant is really close - but I think Meeking's head and body covers the arm from the perspective of the assistant. More surprised that McLean didn't see it himself

He will have seen it, no doubt about that. He actually has a good view of it.

So today's buzz line is "Its great to have two provincial clubs in a major final". Change round the teams in the scenario and it would be endless talk of "big teams always get the decisions" or to quote Billy Brown "It's been happening for hundreds of years".

We had * face Nevin on Sportscence talking about the "handball" and levelling it up with the Zaluska incident. Continually peddling this fallacy about these decisions even themselves out over a season.

    Usual crock of *.

Caley played well but they got a massive hand from incompetent officials. Despite Murdo and others saying it wasn't a "game changing decision". It was exactly that.

Maybe a bit to far but before VVD's goal when he was booking the player he started smiling and actually called the player by his first name I noticed it on sportcene he shouts gary and has a wee gleem about him like all paly like a have to book you here but watch kind of a thing it reeked of like he knew him when do refs ever call people by there names nevermind there first name and act all paly when booking a player

    Have a look at it

The ref is standing about 10 yards behind them with a clear view.

It doesnt help that the ICT player fakes being hit in the head which is simulation, which automatically carry's a 2 match ban.

What gets me is why the * does he duck down???

That completely kills his chances of seeing clearly.

This guys either fishing or deluded mate I would leave it out as I said if he doesn't see anything why does he persist in shouting something into his Mike it wasn't like he was shouting didn't see it 3 times w don't know what it was he said but it was definetley not that

I even think something as simple as having mikes that everybody can hear on TV like the rugby should be introduced !!!!

He is ducked down and he can't see the arm because it's behind Meeking's body and head, that's not a clear view. I'm guessing he saw the head movement Meeking does and thought the ball hit the head.

I don't understand the ducking down either

If there's media there I can't see it being outside the uk, but I don't think the picture does it for me - that's not the assistant's angle.
