I'm sure i heard 2 mins. Bookings and subs takes it up to 3 itself. Not to mention at Johnstone stopping the game at every opportunity.

I thought we looked very jaded. Just one of those nights to forget. Thought stokes looked rusty and Forrest just hides any time I see him play these days. Needs a boot up the *.

totally agree about Stokes, we win 4-0 on Sunday, play well in Europe, hit a good run with confidence/ speed/ fitness/ skill all improving.... them destroy the momentum by playing Stokes, i dont understand why he gets a game?,.. i thought he was murder tonight and broke up the momentum, still, its better to lose tonight and win st weekend, may actually turn out to be a usefull warning which will save the treble!

    one dimensional approach tonight ,,,

play in the last third was disappointing. A result none of us were expecting and its ok saying there was no energy in the team ,, Ronny and Johansen both said the same..

so if the players dont have the energy what is the game plan.. do we have a plan B for when energy is not there? guile? slow controlled passing? play in short burts of play?

or do we simply run out of options when the players are tired? it has been exciting to watch Celtic this year but we will need a plan B at some point in a long season,,

Bad day at the office ,, sure it happens,, and the Saints set out their game plan pretty * good, As long as we get a reaction and kick on things will go well but what happens if we run out of energy in euro qualifying rounds.. the lack of plan B concerns me more than the defeat.

Roll on Sunday and hope all the boys are up for the game

Henderson must be sitting on the bench wondering what the * he's done wrong, would even play Fisher ahead of him or him full back with Matthews on the wing at the weekend.

St.Johnstone played well, pressed us well and stopped everything through the middle while we had no width. Their left back the no.24 was excellent, tall strong and fast, kept GMS quiet most of the game and won most of the headers.

I think if you cast your mind back to the sticky patch we went through that there seemed to be no plan b. I think under Ronny we may have to accept this, such is his belief in his vision that this will happen.

Exactly, we gave the sheep a reality check on Sunday and we got ours tonight, can't just turn up and expect to win. I remember a game again St.Johnstone very similar a few years ago, Hasselbank scored a screamer and we were slow and lacklustre all round.
