When will they take retrospective action on Ciftci (if they do). Will all the incidents of the game be heard on Thursday?

Nae idea. I assume if any more retrospective action was to be taken, we would have heard by now.

Anyone know why the upper tier is closed for next Wednesday? wanted to get a ticket but can't because I'm not a STH... Thought we'd get a decent turn out for this one!

Hmm. SFA web site is down. They must be preparing some spectacular complaints from the compliance officer.

No mention of Butcher there, would his suspension (assuming he were to be found guilty of violent conduct) come instead of Paton? From looking at that it looks like if he was to be suspended, he would have a violent conduct charge like Ciftci. Am I just being naive or will he get away scot free with Paton's red being overturned for mistaken identity?

I think the fact that its mistaken identity then if it is deemed violent conduct then the correct decision which they aim to achieve would be suspension of butcher as they claim the ref seen it.
But I think if they were to suspend butcher then Virgil's red will not be overturned

You only have to look at both guys faces during the incident and butcher is aggressive in his face and actions whereas van dijk isn't in the slightest and immediately goes to stand up and remove himself from the commotion..

At no point does van dijk CLEARLY lash out at butcher, can you say the same for butcher? It has to be not proven, it's a total lottery when we are concerned though and yes I'm bringing up the Huns because they get away with murder more often than not. Hampden nothing has happened, the dives at tynecastle, the assaults at ibrox against hibs not proven.

It HAS to be not proven, we know it won't though..

Not surprised Butcher and Connoly haven't been pulled up, guessing they're are going to rescind Virgils and Patons red, if they don't with Virgil then Celtic better call them out in the media.
