My only fear is he goes all Strachan and changes the formation, it's not the way to go.

I hope he gives the formation and players that have been performing so well the chance to have a go and become heroes with attacking football.

Let's go and have a crack. I'd rather go out of the tournament toe-to-toe with them than sit in before eventually losing anyway,

Same line up as Thursday but Guidetti in for Griffiths. Use Commons as a sub when Inter are tiring.

    ......................Gordon.........................

    ...Mathews..........Denayer.............Virgil.............Izzy........

    ................................................Wakaso(to man mark Shaqiri)

    ....................Brown..............Bitton................

    ............Armstrong...............Griffiths...............Johansen.........

Start the game by taking Shaqiri out and provide cover for Izzy, if we don't address how exposed Izzy was by Shaqiri we will lose. Shaqiri is world class.

Hit them with real pace on the counter. I feel it would be naive if we tried to play as open as we did in the first leg.

Commons, Gudetti and GMS all to play their part and get the goal we need. A 1-0 win would be the perfect scenario.

If Forrest was playing every week and playing his best it would be even harder to pick the team

We've left ourselves with too much to do. They have 3 away goals.

Would love for us to win but I can't see it happening

It ain't a game of chess were playing, we need our best players on the park right from the start. If we leave them out, we could be 3 down by the time they come on. This game isn't as easy as some think it is. Its a massive task and if we even get a draw it will be a good result. Remember, we have one of the worst away records there is in Europe and the San siro is no easy task. In saying all that, I'd give both my bollox for a win and we run to the final!

If we get a draw we're out (unless it's 3-3 again) so a draw would not be good result.

i havent left any of our best players out . guidetti/griffiths is a pretty open debate . gms has been playing well but commons is still one of our best players .
van dijk , commons , brown and johansen are our best players and are all in my eleven .

Just go out and attack, we've got nothing to lose, already an achievement getting this far with a treble still on

GMS has been great so far but this is a huge game and experience so would drop for Commons, guidetti 2 goals in 2 games now deserves a crack, plus Griffthis and GMS could make a huge impact of they came of the bench. so here's my team...

    Gordon
    Matthews Denyaer VVD Emilo
    Brown Bitton
    Commons Johansen Armstrong
    Guidetti

Just wouldn't play Commons in Europe, not from the start anyway and especially away from home.

    Completely slows the play down.

I hope we beat them in anyway possible. Thursday just can't be our last euro night for 5 months. One more round will do.

Don't want commons playing on thursday, was watching him for a while today and when he got the ball the movement just lost all its pace.
Inter will will want a goal and IMO push much harder than they did in glasgow and we may get pinned back for a fair chunk of the game.
Last thing we need is trying to counter attack and commons slowing it down.
