I honestly don't see why a kit manufacturer can't propose 3 kits to be voted on by the fans.

It's a mystery to me too. Surely if it's voted for by the fans then they will sell more shirts?

Seems like a no brainer to me.

Only reason i can think of is they wouldnt want to give away 3/4 years worth of kit designs.

Who is the fans though? It cant be an open poll as the zombies would hijack it. Season ticket holders? People who bought kits previously and are likely to in the future? It is unnecessary effort from the manufacturers point of view. Supporters will buy any shirt it is a safe market. See some of the tops Liverpool wore a few seasons ago, i am convinced that was done in badness by the marketing folks to see how far they could push the boundaries

Very nice. Hoops circa 1985. One of my favourite shirts. Will be buying first home shirt for about 4 years.

I don't give a * in all honesty, as long as we're getting money. If the price was right I'd be happy with us playing in red white and blue, bet we have plenty of that mindset on here :fear:

At first viewing I thought it was *, now I've had time to reflect its alrite.. Not what I was hoping for though if it is actually the official kit..

A kit that goes down well with the fans can be a money spinner though. Look at the bumblebee sales.

    Easy.

You make it a premium text number as in it costs a pound or so to vote and the money goes to the club.

Then we would see how stupid zombies really are.

It would probably surprise and slightly depress most of us how much time and money large sports companies put into designing strips for their bigger clients. Guess that could be a factor.
