Liverpool are getting £25m a year from them. I hope that we are pleasantly surprised by how much money we get, New Balance are trying to get as many clubs as possible away from Nike and other companies and hopefully they're willing to pay a lot in the process.

For me i would love Celtic to partner with either Under Armour, Puma, Umbro again and Macron.

I feel a Macron hooped shirt would be quality as they did a good job this year with Sporting CP.

Macron shirts are known to be crappy quality. They really cut corners, and most of their shirts are ugly.

Loosing Nike might negatively affect our corporate culture. Nike is a bigger brand than new balance

    Its a moot point though.

I'm happy with this, the more money the better. They will make decent strips as well I'm sure they won't do anything crazy.

The Lisbon anniversary one was also brilliant. I agree this years isnt as nice but I don't dislike it the way I did when I first saw it. hopefully they keep it simple, some of the mock ups in here are class, you wonder how kit manufacturers can get it so wrong sometimes.

Warrior as a brand has been so unanimously panned by the football world that I'm assuming this is why they are shifting to use their New Balance Image and hopefully into the bargain some better and more traditional looking strips to give them the boost they badly need.

Let's hope this is the case for next seasons strip or maybe this is just wishful thinking on my part.

The lisbon lions 40th anniversary shirt was the perfect celtic shirt. Flawless , white round neck ,well fitted , perfect size hoops. The away kit that year was also on the money , without doubt the best seasons of kits we ever had .

Agreed I was so * off when I got my 125 home shirt compaired to my older Celtic shirts. The things that * me off the most were that the star, badge and nike symbol were pretty much printed on unlike my 40th anny one where everything is sown on.

Maybe so, however Nike focused primarily on its 'big' teams: Barcelona, Man United, Arsenal et al, not so much us.

I imagine New Balance will give Liverpool, us and Sevilla a great deal of attention and advertising. Will help us in the United States.

Completely agree, had that silky texture to it, loved the design as well with the gold star embroidery on the front and back. Our best home top in a while.

That's the ones I mentioned, they were belters but Nike probably had pressure on them to come up with the goods, especially as they were anniversary strips

They were amazing minus the black socks for the home strip.

I'm not sure about the States but in Canada you could already find Celtic tops at any proper jersey store.
