Big draw tomorrow. I'm off work so I'll be watching it live.

I really hope we get this Skenderbeu mob. Partizan is to be avoided.

Please, please, please give us a good draw.

Ideally, Basel will get Partizan who will put them out whilst Monaco knock out their opponents to give us a Pot 3 standing in the Group Stage draw.

I'd take Malmo before a trip to Kazakhstan, these footballing backwaters bring up their own unique set of challenges. Like playing on clay and sand in 40 degree heat, for example.

At least with Malmo we're a short plane journey, we match up well stylistically and we have more quality than them throughout the side.

To be fair, looking at the starting elevens in the last 3-0 rout, both clubs have six players whom have left the team, and Malmo are halfway through their season placed 6th in a rather weak league.

D'oh :52: I'm sure I'd get murdered in certain parts of the world for getting those two mixed up.

For those speaking of Malmö, I follow them closely. In paper their team is quite good, slightly worse than ours. But it's just not working. From the matches I have saw they seemed to really not be giving a *. The team is * 6th in the swedish league now after signing players that the other teams could only dream off. They misplace silly passes all the time, had zero creativity and no one would ever risk a long shot. Rosenberg himself, looks deeply bored. The only thing that worries me is that they managed to put this all behind and crush the best team they faced this year 3-0. An advice to beat them: both their fullbacks are like an extreme version of Izaguirre: totally unable to defend. Any talented winger (somebody else other than Forrest) would feast on them.

I read that Malmø fans wants Malmø to play Celtic. Saying Celtic isnt so good anymore, referring to the Legia and Maribor games last year. They obviously think its easy to beat Celtic :87: :icon_mrgreen:

Malmø also has a Norwegian Manager btw. And they have Jo Inge Berget. :)

Good, let them think that. Complacency is what we want from our opponents.

We all know we're not that team from a year ago. But those around Europe clearly don't. Perfect.

You are from Malmø, so you should know what you're talking about :86:
I think Rosenberg got booked against Salzburg and will miss the next match?

Their Norwegian manager, Hareide, said he would rather meet someone else than Celtic. He was the manager for Helsingborg in 2012 when Celtic beat them 2-0 in both games.

Hmm, not the best outcome there then.

Although, I'm confident that Ronny knows the whole Scandinavian set up well enough to beat any of them.

We have the superior players and we are playing well enough.

And with 3 more domestic games to play before our next qualifier, we'll be more than ready for who ever we get.
