Can somebody name me a more successful form of government than a well ran constitutional monarchy? Whether people like it or not it is a highly effective form of government and the records back this up. The PM and the government will always have a higher authority that it must explain itself too which is a strong defence against any potential tyrannical government.

I found this interesting article which may help explain my point a bit more.
