Don't think we'll lose but I do agree that a lot of people are far too overconfident.

I agree with your sentiment as I think there's every chance this will be a tense turgid affair with a goal nicking it.

This is Sevcos biggest ever match. Every one of the Zombies will be up for it and they will defend like their (undead) lives depend on it. They will also put the boot in at every opportunity.

Hopefully our lads don't come into it over-confident and think they will just stroll it... it's going to be a physically brutal affair!

Pretty spot on example. We need to take the game to them and dictate from KO.

Only reason i'd totally write off their chances of winning are they are really unlikely to score a goal. For me the only chance of them scoring will be Daly or McCulloch from a set peice(probably corner).

From open play they are dreadful in possession and have no pace, they'll barely get up the park to even win set peices.

Teams like Kilmarnock, St Mirren, Hamilton, Partick Thistle, St Johnstone and Inverness play much better football than them. They play like Ross County or Dundee.

So it's just the same as playing any mid table Championship team ? I don't expect them to lie down they just aren't very good so approach it right and we win.

All this talk is just born out of anxiety, be it over-confidence or downright pessimism. As has been said, literally anything can happen on the day, we should beat them comfortably and I'm confident we will, but there's no way to say definitively either way. I'm trying to ignore all this will-we/won't-we build up.

(Doing a * great job typing this message out, aye.)

No one can predict how a football match will go or we would all be millionaires.

I just hope this cold weather goes away or I might have problems starting my Lamborghini on the way to the match on Sunday morning.

    3:1 Celtic :bbpd:

-2 is such a difficult bet to win,and it will drive you mental watching the match . I used to do it when man city were playing diddys at home a couple of seasons back. They seemed to win 4 or 5 nil when i wasn't backing them , and then sneak a one nil when i was .

Both of whom have held Celtic this season. Not the best example to back up your point, but I see what you're saying.

When I was really confident against Rangers I always went -1 on the Asians.

No. It's not like playing ANY mid-table championship team. Nothing like it.

Will put 20 Euros on a handicap -1 winning 40 euros and also getting a free bet of 40 euros that I will invest in the exaxt same bet with winning 40 Euro out of that.

So I will have 80 Euros out of my 20 Euros invested.

Why is apparently 'disrespectful' for ex players to suggest that Celtic will hammer the Zombies, yet it isn't disrespectful for ex players to say "the game will be close" and that Celtic aren't that good?

Everyone is so scared to offend the offended by everything Hun *.
