Rest easy fellow Bhoys and Ghirls. We will win this game 5-0. I have no doubts about it. None at all. Here is why:
The pace of our team will just be too much for them.
They play in a lower slower league with older slower players.
Anyone that has played football at any level knows that the pace of the game is a crucial factor.
As the match wears on the pace differential will be even more apparent.
    3-0 at half time, 5-0 at full-time.

    All relevant points.

Another factor that could be huge in this game is that Sevco haven't played a competitive fixture for 3 weeks(except for 20mins against Hearts before the game was postponed). They are going to be rusty on Sunday. If we get in about them early on we could finish the game before it starts.

The first ever game against Rangers, we won by 3 goals, the last ever fixture, we won by 3 goals, so it's only right we win the first meeting against the tribute act by the same margin. 3-0 with Guidetti getting that hat-trick he spoke about :icon_mrgreen:

I thought that we are a very slow team...just look at Aberdeen or D.United - much faster on counter attacks.

To be honest I'm far from sure that we're going to win not to mention 5-0. 1-0 I think as we often can't break teams down.

Why are people underestimating us and overestimating them so much?

They are rank rotten, we have been playing well for some time now.

Break down what? The same midfield and defence that has been ravaged by Hibs, Hearts and Alloa?! :56:

They can sit back all they want, a 50 year old McCulloch and an absolutely rotten goalkeeper are going to do absolutely nothing.

They seem to have a new interim manager every week, so they wont be organised.

I'll genuinely be disappointed with anything under 4-0.

Look out for elbows punting in to row z under minimal pressure at all costs..

Funny listening to people worrying what are team can do because of them, some quick 1 touch passing between stokes/johansen and forrest and they'll have half there team on it's * ..

I hope so, but I think if he was going to play, we would have seen him play at least some part up at Ross County.

If Ronny does go 2 up top as that interview talks about then I do see Stokes missing out. Although I'll be surprised if it isn't just the usual 4-2-3-1.

Here would be my team talk in the dressing room:

"Boys, Celtic fans have long memories. They remember 1967, they remember 7-1 in the sun, they remember 6-2. This is your time, your opportunity to attain immortality, to join the great men that have played for this club, worn these shirts. Do well today and your eleven names will be recited with passion and pride for generations to come. But most of all, listen to our fans out there. They deserve this moment, for now and forever. Go out there and seize your destiny.

Think ronny said it was just extra precaution along with Stokes..

Sure it woulda been with the semi in mind..

I know.johansen took a sore one to the eye on Wednesday but that's another week fresher and we'll see the best of him shutting.down there back 4 and running beyond..

Assuimng they are both fit I would expect them both to start. I think given the terrible conditions and crap pitch last weekend in Dingwall Deila was not taking any chances with a few guys.

I don't think he got asked about Lustig mate. I think he was questioned on the players who started against Motherwell but not against Ross County. He had said about Johansen's eye injury which we all knew about, and then he had said Stokes was stiff from the game against Motherwell so that was precautionary. Hopefully you are right about Lustig, but given Deila has openly spoke about not rushing players back, I would be surprised if he started on Sunday, having only played 45mins after a lengthy time out.

I agree, Deila , I am sure was trying to ensure he would have not only his best 11 available but also probably best 14/15 with the only player who would have come in for consideration is Mulgrew .
We really are going to be over whelming favourites and when we win , I just hope all our fans get home safe and sound . In fact all Celtic fans all over Scotland and the North of Ireland need to keep their smile off our faces . It won't be a safe time to be a Celtic fan .

I'll be at home in the comfort of my own house, with my mates, food and beers at the ready with the TV cranked up. I wouldn't want to be in the city centre for this one. Because unless there is an absolute shock, we will win this one and the zombie hoards will react the only way they can, through mindless bigoted violence.
