Whats the point in signing a player if we are not willing to give him a chance? That was the * problem under Lennon.

Scores 2 goals, finally gets confidence.....then dropped. He won't get any better if that is how we treat him.

I hear you but I have to say Griffiths with even less playing time in his recent sub appearances has been much more dangerous and effective then Scepovic and for me should be ahead of him in terms of the forwards pecking order.

If we win tomorrow thats where we will be now albeit on goal difference. It is going to be tough though. This is arguably our toughest game of the season in the league given Aberdeen are playing well and are nicely rested up having had no midweek game. Whereas we not only have had to travel all the way to Romania for a difficult game but it was on Thursday and now we are up at the sheep pen. If we can pull out 3 points tomrrow that will be a superb result.

Lennon was bad for that and I would criticize Ronny for it too, but it's kind of hard to criticize him when his only options are:

    1. Drop Scepovic after Europe (which he has done)
    2. Play Guidetti out of position (lunacy)
    3. Play 2 up front (Not how Ronny likes to play, although he did try it against Inverness I think it was)

Scepovic but yes, you are right the same could be said for both but I'd personally rather see our £2.5m man being given the nod first. I think he looks an intelligent player who given the chance will score. Griffiths could also be played wide right if you want to accomodate both.

Definitely one of those confidence players though. (Scepovic)

Suppose but that could be down to various reasons.

I think it's unfair to leave Scepovic out of the equation just because Griffiths has looked decent in the last couple sub appearances he has made. One against a 10 man Partick Thistle side which was seriously tiring and done in.

I'd not be against seeing Griffiths wide right. He has the pace and the qualitiy of delivery to play there.

It's just my opinion though. I'd rather Scepovic given a chance as I am eager to see what he can do with a run of games behind him.

    I realise that.

I'd like us to try and accomodate both him and Guidetti though regularly. Think they would both benefit from it.

I'd like to see Griffiths played alongside Guidetti. Plenty of hunger and energy up front!

Gonna be a tough one as it often is for us after Europe, but since we finally have a chance to go top, I hope we won't waste it.

This is going to be a hard game for us. It depends how Aberdeen set themselves up and the fact that we may have a Europe / travelling hiccup. If Aberdeen have a go at us I think it will benefit us as we will be able to get in behind them making it an open game, could even be an entertaining game. But if Aberdeen sit in I think we will struggle as we still haven't learned how to break teams down without Commons in the side. I can see this being a draw, which will be no bad thing as we still have a game in hand.
