    I always hear about Calvin Miller when the youth team gets brought up. Never seen him play. Any chance of seeing him in the first team any time soon?

    I think that would be a very good move, their system has been better than ours for the last few years, tbf. We should have the best youth system in the country. We should be like Ajax or Porto, developing quality youngsters, giving them a good amount of regular first team games, domestically and in Europe, to show them off and sell most of them on for a good bit of coin. I think we should be keeping the best for ourselves though, for a few years anyway.

    Obviously need something more influential then. Bring in some fancy Brazlilian or Dutchman and get us producing Pele's and Cruyff's.

    That's good, I think it's very healthy to have a foreign 'twist', for want of a better way of putting it, in coaching. Different countries, generally have different styles. Be cool to have a Spanish passing specialist or something, for example. Be good to have some more foreign influences at coaching level for the youngsters to learn from.:50: help expand their minds as it were.
