I havent taken too him because I dont like the teams he's putting on the park, the lack of tactical changes and he keeps subbing players early or making all the subs early - showing that he knows he's putting the wrong teams on the park to start with but then he never changes the style - perfect example was Salzburg away as soon as we went 2-1 up and sane normal manager would have subbed a forward for another defender or defensive midfielder and shut up shop, if they equalised fair enough but just avoid defeat as its an away game, he started making like for like subs and kept things as they were :smiley-laughing002:

Warsaw annihilated us because they were a much better team. I highly doubt Lenny would have beaten them (though no way he'd have gone down with such an embarrassing lack of fight). Lenny would have taken us past Maribor, right enough. The important thing to remember is that we are currently watching a work in progress. Whether Ronny is capable of making the step up to Celtic is obviously up for debate (I think he is); but he deserves to be judged when we are watching something a bit closer to the finished product he wants.

How many more lost games or dropped points will the support suffer?

Deila wants to play the currant buns .....does he aye? You can't even beat * Motherwell or Dundee right now pal.

3 or 4 more matches with dropped points or losses and he will be in serious trouble. My confidence in him is dropping weekly.

the away game killed us if lennon had been the manager we would have played for a draw because he knows our limitations away in Europe. Ronnie thinos you can go oyt and win every game home or away.

Come on tae * people, its no RD,s fault that his record so far is 5w 4l 4d with two wins coming against a part time team.

    * naw,ye see its them fizzy drinks, chips and burgers, players not good enough, players losing their heads, the pitch at Lennoxtown, fringe players are not good enough, the wee tea wummin makes * tea etc etc.

The bold Ronny needs at least 2 seasons to instill his wonderful innovative tactics upon our team, and maybe sometime between now and then, some of us and the players, will figure out what the * they are.

The guy is * clueless, just my opinion and it has been since the first Legia game.

I'll happily take a 15 point lose from the totally tally from last season if it means we can improve in the long term if we had won yesterday it would be a totally different story where only 5 points off the top with a game in hand does anybody really think dundee will be able to keep a 2 point lead over us all season we will still win the league and players will start to buy into his vision it just seems because he hasn't managed in the UK he must be a nobody the same type of thing we cringe at if someone from England said about any of are players Ronny only wants the best for this club just like the fans and the players and everybody connected he's not immune to criticism and he has been rightly criticised but people are talking it well over that top even yesterday a few where sayin I hope we lose against hearts how he's gone so actually wanting are biggest historical rivals to win against us get a grip try giving him the support he needs and at lest give him a fair chance didn't see Ferguson or lenny even having the best starts honestly we might as well just join the premier league if where going to behave like this

He is giving players who need it some game time. He wants the whole squad match fit and able to step in. That limits his choices. Guys who are match fit get dropped to allow guys who are not some game time.

Remember he has already had to slacken off the training regime because our players were destroyed after two weeks doing Stromgodset's training regime. He now knows it will take a few weeks more to get them to the level he wants.

This is not hard to understand. Why are people falling into line with (* help us) the Shug Keevins theory that the job is too big? When did Keevins ever get something right except after the event?

The calibre of people saying he has got to go makes me more sure than ever he will get it right.

Give the man two windows and six months working with the players for *'s sake!!

Regardless of what we think the reality is that this is Celtic and every manager has a limited time to get results.

Pete will not suffer our CL spot being lost or put in Danger. Whether you want a full year or even two for Ronny, he'll not get that if he keeps dropping points over the coming months. That's just the reality of this job and club/league.

Deila's biggest problem to date is he apparently dozen't learn from his mistakes, keeps persisting with his one dimensional formation with one striker, and only two central midfielders instead of sticking to the diamond formation which Celtic are so suited too from the days of Lenny. Instead Deila keeps chopping and changing his team and expects all these different players to gel together in this rigid system which obviously dozen't suit the rigors and demands of the SPL, so therefore there is no continuity or balance in the team, and as a result team spirit is badly eroded as players struggle to come to terms with Deila's Philosophy, as our opponents are getting wired into us. The defence is undermined to a large extent by the two woeful full backs Ambrose and Izzyguire who are total effin bombscares, who require Deneyer and Van Dijk to bail them out at the back all the time, which results in our defence getting pulled out of position all over the place. The definition of madness is to keep repeating the same mistake all over again, Deila has signed on to this mantra, he is too rigid, too inflexible a manager to be plying his trade at Parkhead.

Why do people feel the need to defend someone who is doing a poor job? If you don't produce ur out of any job. How long will one get is the question? Ronny needs a string of good results starting on Weds night.
