It is not all of Scotland.

Yet again lol'n at the thought of old men in the Highlands throwing darts at a map of Ireland. Jesus, I don't mean to be disrespectful, but you Irish really do think too highly of your country. I'd say the majority of Scots couldn't give a * about Ireland, like Wales and Northern Ireland.

"ha ha ha. What a massive turn out. The people of Inverness don't want this sectarian * in our city." - from the comments.

Another small minority. But hey! It's the majority of Scotland, isn't it?

    'You Irish' :56:

I'm not Irish son, never have been. I'm Scottish, through and through, been in Scotland a lot longer than you have, so you can try and take your patronising comments elsewhere.

You keep clinging to the it's not all of Scotland or it's the Northern Irish's fault or it's because they're English. It's not, it's Scottish people that have that prejudice in them. Again, not all, but it is present in large parts of Scotland.

It's a complex issue, it's not just Irish, it's the diaspora and what they believe represents that, Catholicism for example, that gets attacked. You can try and deny that all you wish but it is true.

Being in the heart of where those problems are, the East End of Glasgow, I know that. You see the attitude and the hatred in other places of the country. One of the worst places I've saw it was Thurso, which is pretty far North in Scotland, I've witnessed the sectarian abuse to the likes of Neil Lennon in Aberdeen which is pretty far north as well.

    You are in denial.

I take if the Irish fans sing any anti-British songs on Friday there'll be outrage on here as well?

Or is it only racism if fans boo two players who turned their back on their country?

Got to love the offended brigade on here. Greeting about "sectarian booing" but can't answer if its racism when brazilians booed Diego Costa or when the Irish cricket fans booed Eoin Morgan who chose England over Ireland.

   .

    Embarrassing.

Why can you not just admit when you are wrong?

You claimed there were no Orange walks in the North of Scotland. When provided with proof you once again change the goal posts just as you have done throughout the thread.

You asked where they were and somebody has provided evidence. Take off the blinkers.

It is not nearly as bad as made out on this thread.

It is true though, the Irish on this thread do think too highly of their country. It sounds like they think Scottish peoples lives revolve around hating Ireland, when most really couldn't give two * about Ireland.

    True.

However student12 specifically said they don't have them in the north of Scotland this is factually incorrect.

They also laughed off Alex Pearce when I brought the former Scotland youth player who is now in the Ireland squad up

I wonder if he'll be booed? Of course he won't, because he's * and no loss to Scotland.

    Fair enough, I was wrong.

There was one recent march with a very low turnout in the North of Scotland.

There is no anti-Irish sentiment outside of Glasgow and the surrounding areas. Then changed to there is none from Perth on wards. Then he says there is no orange marches in the North of Scotland. When proven wrong once again he says there wasn't a big turn out. Embarrassing.

Another show of strength in Perth with a big turn out.

The Irish fans are 100% apolitical and the two other cases are different Costa is in no way Spanish and I'm sure he would admit that himself I don't know about the guy playing for England but if it's purely for sporting advancements like Costa then he deserve to booed ( and hes playing for England the brit * :smiley-laughing002: )

Can't wait for the "we hate England more than you".

A few posters on here will brush that off but be greeting about McGeady or McCarthy getting booed :smiley-laughing002:.

I've saw people stabbed over it, attacked over it, I've been jumped off a group of men as a teenager over it, I've saw people turn backs on their family and spouses because of it.

I've saw parents refuse to attend weddings over it, children not allowed to attend Grandparents funerals because of it.

If you think that is ok that is up to you, if you like to pretend it doesn't exist, go ahead and do so, if you want to blame the English or Northern Irish for it as you have done so in this thread then feel free to do so. Just don't sit there and try to lecture others about it.

    "Glasgow and surrounding areas"

Another lie from the liar himself. Really surprising you could stomach picking "Jinky" as your username, he was Scottish, you do know that, right? It's clear you have an agenda against Scotland.
