Why single out McGeady when Keane is the player Ireland rely on most? Probably a silly question

See at the World Cup when Cpsta got booed off the Brazilians, was that racist or sectarian booing?

Or was it because he chose to play for another country?

No need to rush with the answer, just asking a harmless wee question.

Because we're talking about McGeady. But as your making me think about it. McGeady is slighter of build and more likely to be upset by a rough opponent.

Well you are mistaken then, I have a * load of faults that is certainly not one of them. The "debate" is about the level of racial hatred that is prevalent in Scotland and its no-where near the level being claimed, nor is booing either of these players proof that it is racial hatred either. (I'm not saying some don't think like that but its a minority).

    Thursday
Gary og In the Brazen head at night.

    Friday
Claymore in the phoenix at 3pm(kids license)

    Podgie in the squirrel (tickets)

An spiorad in the hoops before and after the game.

Amadans in Molly Malones 5pm, then in Malones 1am

Gary og Before the game in the brazen then in Failte after.

Glasnevin in the Brazen after the game.

I'm sure there will be some sort of tartan army event with the proclaimers etc somewhere.

Of course they'll get booed, they chose Ireland over Scotland, big deal. I'm sure if one of our players chose Scotland and we met, they'd be booed.

It isn't racist (to a majority), it's just voicing displeasure of the decision of 2 quite good players and probably the most likely reason - to try and put them off their game to gain the Scottish fans' team a slight advantage, additionally. That will be the overwhelming reason.

Of course there'll be bitter as * huns in the Scottish support doing it for their own reasons, but it's football... booing is as much a fabric of a supports atmosphere as cheering on your own players.

Whether they feel Irish or not isn't that relevant. If they feel 100% Irish, of course they'll still get booed, doesn't mean every Jock :)icon_mrgreen:) booing is prejudiced.

I hope to * one of them gets the winner, just to see the absolute carnage that ensues :56:

    THIS :50:
The only thing I would add is, I would be even more * off if they had chosen to play for * england. (sorry nephews and nieces but you will never see this :icon_mrgreen:).

Fair enough but he will be harder to get than Keane and therefore a couple of players could pick up yellow cards and only spur him on to play better.

I genuinely don't know why he said that :smiley-laughing002: it's just further proof he's petty with an agenda against Scotland.

"We have more bands than you, Jock!".

    Lol

Well I've seen three of them and none of them are anything to be jealous about :) Not a Proclaimers fan (though they do have some quality songs) but i'd rather see them than the Amadans or Gary Og

I've got to know a few of the guys in the Scottish Independence thread, it'd have really surprised me if that was your attitude :50:
