    Wouldnt offer anywhere near that tbh. The thing that really hampers him is his pace. Just looking at the games recently there was times were he was level with the last defender where a striker with decent speed would have been through on goal but instead the defender was getting in front and clearing the ball.

    Nope pure speculative none sense. They've been lowering their wage bill for 2 year now. They recently wanted the better Gignac of the bill. Guidetti - £60k a week is laughable.

    Probably just the Italians, starting rumours, trying to confuse poor John before the big game. They probably know he lost form the last time speculations about his future were flying around.

    Would be typical.

    Why would Marseille even consider releasing the numbers on a deal, including the salary, several months in the future? Before there's even been negotiations?

    And most of all, why in the world would they want to pay at least twice what any other sane club would pay?

    Smells like BS.

    No they didn't... :56: 11.5 million divided by 260 (5 years
    weekly wages) is 52 000. So they probably used common sense.

    I like Guidetti and hope he stays but 60k a week is a ridiculous wage. Don't know how anyone can justify paying him that.

    5 years seemed the most obvious option it being 11.5 pound contract. It was the first thing I thought about when I saw the numbers. :icon_mrgreen:
