The wages we have freed up over the last 6months (Ledley and sammy especially) youd have thought Lawell might have gambled and got this guy in to get more bums on seat.

Disappointed if its true he won't sign,very poor Lawell.

 

Gutted if this fails, was over the moon last night with Scepovic & Guidette.

 

The thing is if he becomes a free agent we'll probably not get him now anyway. I was excited about this last night, now it's just more disappointment.

Guys most sensible sources are saying it's a paperwork issue and not the 30k a week thing. If it is a paperwork issue, it means terms etc have already been agreed, lets wait and see what happens.

 

not so sure the board will push to get this done, also think our wage bill could be lower today than it was going into yesterday, 5 out 1 in.

 

Like Fergus,time will prove Peter Lawell to be the best in the business.Read the balance sheet and you,ll see just how well he's doing for the club.Hope he can swing the Guidetti deal as the icing on the cake.

Yeah, the stories I've heard from the papers was that we submitted with seconds to spare but it wasn't cleared by the SFA in time obviously. But they could be exactly that, stories.

I'd expect to hear more about it in the next day or two. Really disappointed if we don't confirm it though.

 

Could me mitigating circumstances maybe City were trying to get negredo out the door that they forgot about guidetti?

 

Quite convieniant wouldn't you say, not like we haven't signed any loans this year and we are rusty at completing paperwork.
