    I think we should buy more players from SPL teams, take their photos in the hoops, and then loan them straight back to the teams they came from.

    You're constant slagging of Hooper and bumming up of Griffits is getting embarrassing mate, honestly.

    Hooper was a better striker than Griffiths, the vast majority of people would agree with that.

    Its depressing though. We love this club and we are getting worse and look poor as * on paper right now. To be significantly weaker than last season isn't on for me. Its hard to be positive when you have a look at where we are. Ronny needs to get 150% out of everyone for those EL games or, like I said, we will be absolutely embarrassed.

    Even fans that drink the Lawwell cool aid can't defend us not bringing in a quality striker.

    It's about time the fans organized a way to give the board a massive wake-up call. They're not a bit worried about internet criticism.

    Our striker options at the minute are embarrassing for any side going into any European competition.

    Griff is unproven at a higher level, Ciftci is unproven full stop and Stokes is never a lone striker in a million years coupled with the fact the Manager doesn't like him.

    There's a real threat we are not only shown up in Europe but we are levelling off in Scotand as well.

    We are in poor shape right now. Devoid of fire power and experience.

    Since when were Fletcher and Michu ever realistic targets for a club in our situation?

    No CL football, hardly any domestic competition, lower wages than what English teams can offer, yet we're led to believe that these two were our main targets for today?

    Absolute bullshit, doesn't sit right with me at all.

    How was it daft, Hooper and McDonald were both far better strikers and did it in Europe. My original question was: Who from 10 to 15 years ago would our current strikers be picked over? My answer is none of them.
