    Stokes obviously, or Johansen
He's not done much, modern day wingers seem very fit and miss. You look at the best wide men in world football and they're all converted attacking midfielders or inside forwards. I guess for some reason in the modern game you have to have more about you than just the odd bit of pace and dribbling. I hope Wakaso can improve and show that he's a dangerous player.

He covers for Izzy really well. Dundee United's first goal might not have happened with Wakaso on, because after Izzy got caught out (and lazily jogged/strolled back towards defence with no intention to make up for it) he would have been there to chase the ball back.

Stokes and Izzy link up really well in attack, but we're left completely exposed down the left because neither of them defend.

I think confidence is a big problem with Wakaso. He clearly has the pace to beat players, but he never uses it. Every time he gets the opportunity to burst down the wing he just slows down and waits until the opportunity is gone.

Or a kick up the backside and * all dinner.

Well maybe not that bad but he has been largely ineffective. After his goal against Salzburg I thought he was going to be quality. Guess not.

I don't see much to get excited about.

Fast, competetive...but there is very little else there. Need someone more technically gifted, not to mention he will be away in January for the African Nations Cup. Been a dissapointment I won't deny, feels like he has barely featured?

Seen a picutre of the injury in the paper the day, looked a bad one, right above the eyebrow about the same length as the eyebow just opened up. Nothing serious though you'd imagine, stitch it up and he'll be fine to play.

Still think he's more of a left back than a left winger, always looks very good defensively.

Likes a tackle but wouldn't want to see him defending crossed balls at the back post, Izzi is short enough already !

    Headless chicken

Was excited by this guy too, especially after that goal, but the guy doesn't seem to know what to do on a football pitch. Strange player.

He's quick, can finish, can cross, works hard.

He has a lot of good things going for him, his face just doesn't seem to fit.

I think you can see why he wasn't wanted in Russia.

Decision making, consistency and positional discipline are 3 poor traits of his..

I think there's a really good player there but it won't happen for him here, African cup of nations have pretty much sealed that..

another one who hasnt had a consistent go at it

i mean these promising players we bring in on loan or buy, if we dont give them a run in the team to get to know the ins and outs of their team mates play, we will never see much in them

they need time in the team to settle in but we wont give them that

if we can't give new players a wee run in the team then its pointless buying or loaning as many of them

our signing policy in the last few years has been brutal

Think he would be a good option on the left away to inter for his pace imo

Wakaso and Forrest are faster than 95% of other footballers. Neither of them can cross, both are scared to just run at *. Pretty tragic. I was really excited on us loaning him, more so than Guidetti. Defo see why he wasn't wanted at Rubin Kazan

I think he's more than good enough to make it here. Hope he has a good tournament and gets a run of games when he gets back.

    I think he's bang average.

Poor technique on the ball, passing is limited, decision making mince and seems to pick up injuries as well, not to mention his discipline is rotten. For the wages he is probably on and the price he'd cost, no way.

I have to admit I'm dissapointed. Thought he'd have made more of an impression, it's weird because he has been here near enough 6 months and it feels as though he has barely been available.
