It aint that difficult..You make a song where you curse board,manager and every scumbag involved to this downfall..You sing your lungs out,in next game,or every game better for 90 mins..Tell them how you feel,tell them that you dont give a flying * about winning SPL if you are to be humiliated like that in Europe..If they dont "get it",next game you go and wait for the players and manager and board and "tell them" a few things first hand..that takes a bit of baws tho,cause you may have to shake off police,stewards etc..Show them that you ppl are angry and wont tolerate Celtic reduced to some joke of a team..and if they dont do things the way fans want,next games are gonna be warzone,tell em you gonna fking burn the whole stadium down..But as I said,we south europeans are more used to it, I understand that most of you are just fans,not die-hard fanatics,and I respect that..But some of you must step up..what CAN NOT happen is lettiing your team being clownized by thieves.Get rid of the *,even if you need to exaggerate..

 

Their two attacking players Ibraimi and Tavares are better than anything we have going forward

 

Well that was absolutley dreadfull..

 

I honestly can't believe how bad we are.

16 attacking players by my count if you include everyone who's made an appearance. I'd give McGregor and Commons pass marks. Barely.

I'm so embarrassed.

 

van dijk done more up top in last 5 mins than stokes done over 2 legs, i dont blame stokes for that, were just so short in every area of the park, just in the door and im not even angry as i dont think this team, squad, management team, can do any better than whats there, we had the chance after legia to back the manager and it was not done, no one else to blame but ourselves

 

Erm, they maybe play better at the moment, but I'm sure Commons in a proper tactic would beat them both in terms of effectiveness. Also, Tavares missed a really easy chance in the end.

 

we are depending on as a team/club mcgregor, and lets be honest, hes the only out ball we have, only attacking player with pace and who is direct. its * sad

 

Missing our European talismen, Big Samaras and Scott Brown.

 

Positives:

1. McGregor - Cracking player, ran for the full 90 mins and hardly put a foot wrong, sadly no one to pass to.
2. Gordon - Saved us from embarrasment a good few times.
3. Van Dijk - Great performance, fought till the end.
4. Kayal - Kept pressure on the midfield and looked comfortable on the ball, daft taking him off at h/t.
5. Commons - Looked a different team when he came on, made some great balls and also got stuck in.

Mixed:

1. Stokes - Pish for a lot of the game but when Commons came on he looked a lot more lively, proof he needs someone to play off of. Also nearly assisted McGregor.
2. Ronny - Although I like the idea of what he wants us to play like, we've not got the players for it, and he should adapt instead of forcing us to play a way we can't.

Negative:

1. Ambrose - * woeful.
2. Mulgrew - Clumsy, poor positioning at times.
3. Izzy - Lost the ball on the wing and played * defensively.
4. Johanssen - Misplaced too many passes, lost possesion and easily our 2nd worst player.
5. Berget - * tbh

 

Tavares is a really good finisher, although admittedly I haven't seen a lot of him. Ibraimi is different though, see a lot of Serie A and he was Cagliari's best player last season. Different level to Commons.

 

What can I say, karma is a *.

Players at this level should be able to adapt to any tactic. That for me proves the players aren't good enough, even Commons.

 

In the two games I have seen * all from either.

We haven't played Commons/Stokes/Griffiths in the right formation which I'm sure would have worked.

 

Just in from the game. Disappointing performance, even then we had chances to go through tonight.

 

That's what I thought, some * from people I must say, we're better than Legia, we're better than Maribor, ffs these two teams have came to our home park (murrayfield too, but wouldn't have made a difference) and slapped us about.

Just face facts, we're falling at an alarming rate, I'm not liking the Scandinavian route either, I don't rate Scandinavian football at the moment, not enough technical player for me, and we're getting more like a Swedish, Finnish team.

If you didn;'t think the wee guy Ibraimi was good over the 2 games, I presume you spotted Balde, Pukki and Fridge................

 

Swap Deila and Berget. Berget tried to make something happen on the wing. Little effect, thus mixed. Deila screwed things up with the 1. sub, and also...why play Ambrose??
