ronny and berg going at it!

just read some more comical quotes from the legia Warsaw chairman and Henning berg.

looks like berg called Ronny & they exchanged some negative words between eachother.

the chairman is trying to say that if this happened during the st pats game, it wouldn't have ended up like this. No * batman! If you never conceded a goal from us, this wouldn't have happened at all and we wouldn't be hearing about how unfair it is to give someone a 3-0 for playing an ineligible player if Warsaw went through. He also * on to say that if it was them, they would have gave the tie to Celtic. Bullshit !!

I just find all this * funny as *. Guys trying to make it out as if their fans would be too embarrassed to take the tie and that what we don't understand is that their fans have a sense of pride and we could never do what Celtic did.

ayyeee rigghht !!! Your own chairman has admitted that at least 20% of your fans are white supremacists Fs haha you have to laugh!

Berg added: “The punishment is the equivalent of forgetting to pay the electricity bill and being sentenced to 20 years behind bars.”
* up ya zombie * !

Yep, finally you get it. This is what lawyers need to do in order to convince CAS that this rule is not clear because of mistakes in other rules :D I, for one can keep my hopes up until monday evening. And its players job to focus on Aktobe, not fans`job. We are here just to speculate and discuss. Dont really need to research Kazakhs.

No, they dont think you can circumvent the rule by social media campaign. You can circumvent the rule by showing that it is not consistent with other rules, which shows that two different decisions can be made and social media campaign is to show the situation to the public, and then have the public pressure the ruling panel into choosing to uplift the forfeit. Again, nothing wrong with that, and since there was no word in open letters that weren`t 100% true, I dont know whats the outrage about

Was your man suspended?

yes therefore you forfeit 3 -0

Is that the rules for the competition you entered yes or no?
Were your club obliged to know & accept the rules, yes or no?

Why didn't you put him on & bring him straight back off:rolleyes:

Yes, and yes.
Is that the only rule that needs to be considered in this case?
No, because the rules about player registration and serving of suspensions need to be considered as well.
If those rules contradict each other, do they still have a legal power? No

Therefore as long as it can be proven (and it has been) that there is a contradiction in rules that apply to this case, ruling can go both ways. Its up to the judges to decide which way it goes.
Luckily they are not so narrow minded as you seem to be.

Wait, you mean the last sentence? It was completely idiotic. Wasnt even sure what you mean. it wouldnt change anything. Just the fact he was on the bench is enough for a forfeit based on rule 21.2. And it was all written here in this thread couple of times already so not sure why you need another repeat, but I am nice enough to give it to you.

Man, get your eyes checked. I did put yes & yes as an answer in that post, and then added two more questions. Seriously. Read, reread again, THINK, then double check what you wrote, THINK again, and only then press `post message`(and even better- just don`t press it and go to sleep)
