Yes, unless you, or anyone here works at UEFA or CAS, we will have to rely on other people for information.

Also, no. You need to be a lawyer in order to know how a rule can be questioned so that the penalty is weakened or removed. Those poeple are professionals at that and they know how to do it. If they say they did found a loophole, and you say there is none, who do you think I am going to believe?

Exactly. They should just let it be and concentrate on going to Boratland. I understand that the fans are *, but they should be taking it out on the club...not us and not at UEFA, who are upholding the rules.

I mean they are moaning because UEFA has upheld a legitimate rule and are saying it's "not good for the sport" :smiley-laughing002: *, I can understand it if UEFA hadn't followed through with their own rules and tried to make something up (like the SFA, for instance), but looking to blame someone else other than themselves is desperate and ridiculous.

This really has nothing to do with Celtic, UEFA have a ruling in place, that rule was broken, Legia have to accept the decision and move on.

This whole matter has been handled very poorly by Legia, they realise the financial implications and as a result they've conducted themselves in a desperate manner.

It could be argued that the punishment is severe, maybe a fine would've been a more appropriate course of action, but that's a separate issue, it's pointless having rules in place if they can just be amended at the drop of a hat, that wouldn't look good on UEFA.

Legia only have themselves to blame, writing a letter to Celtic is farcical and embarrasing, as a club they have shown a real lack of class, they cannot put the onus on others for their own failure to adhere to the rules.

Like I said, mate, the rule isn't hard to understand for anyone who can read, can count to 20 without the use of their fingers and toes, and whose IQ is larger than Kim Kardashian's * size :icon_mrgreen:

Did your little club try & change any of the rules before the
competition started to accomodate your lack of professionalism .

Or did your club wait while it was caught cheating by an independant adjudicator,or eufa official then try to muddy the waters:icon_mrgreen:

Their Facebook page is a laugh.

Legia is a club run by clowns.

I actually feel sorry for their fans who don't blindly blame Celtic for their own clubs idiocy.

That at least shows a bit of class, in fact it's the first bit of class they have shown.
IT's a touch late, but better late than never :bbpd:
