    I'm not picky.
Your club - not Celtic, or UEFA, or anyone else - but YOU, * up!!! Is THAT so difficult to understand?

If it was the other way around, you'd be blethering on about how UEFA done the right thing by upholding the integrity of the sport and chucking us out and not upholding our appeal.

    Get over it!

The CAS wont do anything for them, the rules are so obvious and clear.

UEFA have to accept the ruling and implement it.

CAS have a say but it needs to be implemented by the relevant authority UEFA/FIFA/ SFA etc etc.

    This is what I've read

Jesus Christ I'd like to think throughout all this I was being quite understanding and fair to Legia fans coming on here, but seriously, this Damian * needs to * off. You keep saying people are stupid and that you're allergic to idiocy, yet you've genuinely just said it's not fair on Legia because THEY DIDN'T KNOW THE RULES?!?!? Whose * fault is that? Every other club know the rules and abide by them. (except Sion :smiley-laughing002:) Why on Earth would UEFA or CAS over rule a decision because a club didn't know the rules properly?

You can read the * rules, and if they don't make sense, contact a UEFA member and seek clarity. It shouldn't even be in any doubt that every club know the rules of the association under which is plays its games. Completely amateurish behaviour.

Maybe, just maybe, he's the idiot?

Again, sympathy goes out to most Legia fans but people like him who accuse others of not listening and being stupid, while behaving the exact same way (and worse) should * off away because we know Legia's grievances, we know what's happened in this whole affair, but he keeps spouting the same pish. There's been a few like Torq and I think Paffcio(?) who have came on, said their piece, listened to both sides and not caused any hassle. But I can't wait to see the back of this * :smiley-laughing002:

I was reading that CAS were able to downsize Luis Suarez's punishment so that he can now participate in training and friendlies. Did this have to go through with FIFA's consent?

Although with suarez there is no rule written in stone saying: "bite a * 3 times and we will stop you playing football and even training for 4 months."

Where as playing a suspended player has a written rule about it.

Aye I meant the part "and abide by them" when referring to Sion, sorry.

They knew fine well but didn't give a * and tried to take on the world :56:

The only chance Legia has at CAS is to argue that there is an unreasonable difference in treatment between two different scenarios involving what is essentially an ineligible player in both cases. All other arguments aren't even worth bringing up.

Your player was Suspended why don't
your fans want to admit that, or say it?

    Keep saying "technicality" & "essentially"
when in fact he was suspended

Start from there & carry on with your reasons
    to appeal.:bbpd:

I am not claiming that Legia didnt * up. Show me one single post in which I did say that.
This situation is not what the sport is, or rather should be about. In a sport the best team wins. Thats not the case here. The team that was atrocious is advancing, and although it is not to be argued and they are not to blame, it is still not what the sport should be about.
