What is Celtic supposed to say? Every word in a letter sent by chairman was true, it was just statement of facts. Nothing more

It doesn`t matter which club it has happened through. The result was different then the one actual on the field, so the sport wasn`t decided by athletes going head-to-head, as it is supposed to. Is that so difficult to understand?

I am not sore about this decision at all. As I wrote couple of days ago: UEFA isnt going to change anything. They were given the arguments and possibility to do so within limits of the law, but they always protect their best interest and Celtic will bring more TV revenue, etc. The words from last friday saying that they looked for options but just couldn`t not award forfeit turned out be a lie since now when provided an opportunity they decided not to do it anyway.
But anybody thinking that today`s result dissapointed Legia fans is not right. Everybody knew what the result in UEFA will be.

And Legia will come out stronger out of this, the players reacted correctly by giving almost the same beating in Polish league as they did to Celtic and winning by 5 goals, so now they will surely do the same and be as motivated as it gets for EL games. Also, with new management team in place, club is improving at diciculous pace so the successes will come sooner or later and no teams except for a few biggest ones will be happy when facing Legia. The optimism among fans is great despite all of this. Can you guys say the same about Celtic?

Players have been saying and doing all the right things in this situation, and they are the ones who got hit the most, with youngsters having their dreams shattered behind closed doors, and the veterans having one of their last chances for Champions League taken away by UEFA

CAS has no power thry can only offer ye a second appeal which is highly unlikely

Also we've heard it all before from you when it came to the UEFA appeal, if Legia were "doing this for football" then you should've done it before this seasons competition when your team seen the rules, not just after you've made an * of it.

Nope, taken away by your own team's incompetence.

I'm still saying that big Ambrose wouldn't have been sent off if he wasn't intimidated in an unsporting manner by Legia Warsaw fans' blatant racism.

Therefore, the sporting decision has been made. Justice.

Now, dont you think if they were aware of this rule this situation would take place?

Again, logic doesn`t hurt mate. You should try using it.

Taken away by UEFA`s rules that were put in use because of incompetence by admin. Fair enough?

Legia * up and paid the price purely because of their own stupidity in contravening a rule that simply can't be overlooked. There is nothing Celtic could've done, UEFA punished according to the rule book and there's nothing more to say on the matter.

    /thread and sling yer hook

Then again that's Legia's problem and their own incompetence thats * them out the competition. How come you dont see any other club get involved in this kind of situation?? It's because they're professional football clubs who understand the rules of UEFA and have no problem abiding by them.

The bottom line is: we do not have to take lessons about sporting integrity from a club that is infamous for fixing matches.
