    I don't even think we should realease much of a comment about it yet, no need to go and attack they're club just now, far more important things to worry about. Wait untill the games with Maribor are out of the way and then say what needs to be said. Just now legia really aren't worth worrying about, joke of a club.

    I don't know what to make of this whole situation. I can't help feeling that common sense hasn't prevailed here but on the other hand the rules are the rules.

    It's pretty clear that Bereszynski coming on with two minutes to go in the 2nd leg had no influence whatsoever on the 6-1 aggregate score so it's easy to see why Legia fans feel cheated. But if UEFA upheld Legia's appeal they would essentially be saying it's ok to play an ineligible player as long as it's for a very short time and the scoreline is beyond doubt. They could not credibly take that position or else where do they draw the line? The only way to handle this situation was to make it a black & white issue - an ineligible player was fielded so Legia are eliminated and Celtic progress.

    It's a sore one to take for the Poles and I feel genuinely sorry for the individual who has made the administrative error, they will surely lose their job over this, but it's a massive slice of luck for us. I just hope we take advantage of it and beat Maribor.
