    Not sure what there is to laugh about.
    As I said hundreds of posts earlier, UEFA was always going to pass the hot potato to CAS, which has much more power to judge the proportionality of individual sporting associations' rulings.

    The ruling might be pushed to the long run now though, meaning Celtic might edge through but UEFA could also get a slap on the wrist later -- it wouldn't surprise me if they were forced to rewrite the rule in question for upcoming seasons.

    Will the COS likely make a decision tomorrow? Given that Barcelona appealed the Squarez ban months back when they first signed him, & they only just upheld the ban now.

    Sure it wont be well into the group stage, before they reach a decision?
