Keith Jackson on twitter; @tedermeatballs: For what it's worth, a UEFA source has just texted to say both clubs have still not been notified of appeal result. No decision confirmed.

To be quite honest I'm kind of in the same boat as you with this, I can't help but feel that if they were getting chucked out then it would've been done a lot quicker than this. The fact that they're taking their time with it makes me think that they could be trying to sort out things like the seeding process for allowing them back in and stuff like that.

Yip that is what i am thinking aswell, lets them get it sorted.

Ludogrets will be fuming if they have lost a seeding they will take further action against Uefa, the other logic would be to have Maribor play Ludogrets and Legia play Steuea.

    Celtic play Atkobe in EL.

which is what i think will happen

Activists Polish champions are still waiting for the verdict on the appeal from the decision of UEFA, which on Friday fined Legion walkover and threw it out of the Champions League. On Wednesday, from eight in the morning hired by the Legion Swiss lawyers tried to convince the Board of Appeal that the walkover for Celtic's performance unauthorized to play Bartosz Bereszyńskiego this punishment too harsh.

The decision was made on the same day, but has still not been announced publicly. Initially it was to take place on Thursday morning, but officially learned Sport.pl, the verdict will be announced in the late afternoon or evening.

If UEFA uphold its decision, the Legion will appeal to the highest court in sports, or the Court of Arbitration in Lausanne. - There, I think our chances for the highest - said at a press conference Sunday co-owner of the Legion of Boguslaw Leśnodorski.

Well if this is true and the decision was made yesterday then that would make me think Legia have failed.

If the decision has been made, why don't they notify straight away? Why is there a need for a big fancy press conference. Spit it out and move on.

Yeah my hopes have completely turned around to be honest, I think they're letting Legia back in, after all their roaring and greeting.
