Why don't you guys just hold your hands up and admit you broke the rules and will accept your punishment? You're just holding back the inevitable and wasting people's times.

Meh, appealing a decision is the * given right, so why not do it? Especially since there are circumstances which just might convince tribunal to change the decision. Would be stupid not to try, even if it results in this rule being changed to contain a word 'may' then it was worth it if ever similar situation occurs.

Hearing Celtic will come out and clarify a few things once we know either way what is happening ie combat Legia's lies.

We could cite their hooliganism (Notice that Legia fans on here are ignoring the attacks in Warsaw on Celtic fans therefore can only assume they condone them) and plenty other misdemeanors from their fans over the years, stuff that has led to stadium bans and a ban from Europe, but I am sure we will act professionally as any proper club of stature should.

Rules are rules. If they change them for you guys, there could be a lot of clubs suing, if this has happened before, without the reversal. In other words: No chance.

Good luck in the Europa though :50:

They have held their hands up and acknowledged they * up. They are doing what they should be doing ie trying to find any way to reverse the decision on a technicality. Dragging our name through the mud however is a low blow and it sums up the gung-ho amateurism of them. They clearly want to be a big club and one that competes at the top table every season - unfortunately for them the actions of their beloved owners is 5th division stuff. The worst aspect of it all is that Legia fans seem to be lapping it up - a bit like our pals across in Govan when they are fed propaganda nonsense. Polish huns sounds about right.

The rule doesn't need changing, just following.:50:

I bet there can be fault found with any rule by clubs who
    Break them:rolleyes:

Rules even if changed won't apply to this situation. They would be changed to avoid stuff like that in the future, to allow same treatment that Debrecen got.

Appeal is because of procedural mistake and loopholes. Nobody is saying to change the rule today and apply it to situation from last week.

Debrecen never fielded a suspended player.

CAS will do *-all. Just focus on your trip to Asia next week and we'll hopefully never have to hear of your * club ever again. :50:

Debrecen fielded ineligible player. They failed to register him.
Player from Legia was suspended because they failed to register him two weeks before.
Not many differences there so yes, the rules need altering. It will just allow UEFA to distinguish a situation where team knowingly played suspended player, from the ones in which player was still considered a suspended player because of problems with registration.

There's nothing wrong with the rules & certainly no loopholes. Just think this is getting a bit silly now & Legia are clutching at straws.

The rules have been in place for years and work perfectly fine. Why should they be changed just because officials from your club are complete idiots?

because this situation is showing that they don't work fine. If a team wins on the pitch with no help of the player that was suspended and then the score gets altered from 2:0 to 0:3, this is not fine, since a team doesnt benefit from services of that player, and they didnt try to benefit from services of suspended player.

So if you think this is fine then you have no right to call yourself a sports fan, or a fan of anything associated with sport.

Again, they have worked fine for years. If your idiotic and amateurish club can't apply basic rules then that's your fault, not the fault of the rules. We are used to it here though thanks to the huns so to be honest, Legia are not doing anything we are not used to. Cultivating a victim mentality when everything is down to your own idiocy.

See your last sentence - I think you missed out on the 'honor' part - gonna hit us with that again please.

please do make your way to legia forum and show me a single racist quote?
I made a promise not to insult any of the users since I am a guest here but you make it extremely hard with your prejudice. Drawing conclusions about a distinct group based on small sample is a very foundation of racism. You seriously need to stop that.

Why do you tolerate neo-fascism within your stadium?

I am pretty sure Legia doesnt. If that was the case then the stadium would be closed for every single game by UEFA and Polish FA.
And showing couple of pictures is not going to help here because having couple of idiots do something and then get punished in no way shows that the club tolerates it.

again with drawing conclusions from small samples....

I am asking about your fans. Your fans tolerate neo-fascism within your stadium, why is this the case?
