As u all say, rules are rules, and everything else in this case is irrelevant :50: Honestly even I don´t believe although yesterday our chairman was prepared for the rejection and tweeted, the UEFA won´t make problems and issue the statement and decision fast until 1 pm today, not to make us problems to go to CAS. Its been postponed so it means now they really consider this appeal or at least they have a problem with a simple confirming the forfeit, looking for good justification

    Really?
18.01 says that Bereszynski should be registered with UEFA for serve pending suspension because "Only eligible players can serve pending suspensions." but on the other hand 18.04 says that he should not be on the list because "These lists must include....of all players to be fielded in the UEFA club competition"
He was not listed because he couldn't be fielded in two matches vs. St'Pats

So time will tell soon who is right :) take it easy guys :icon_mrgreen:

Being dealyed I think because they have Suarez to deal with too. He has also been delayed to Thursday for a decision.

I don't like the sound of the quotes emanating from the Legia camp after this appeal hearing.

    I think we're *, to be honest. But I am a pessimistic *.

Tbh they should just kick both of us out and let St Pats play Maribor.

    We're * * and Legia are cringeworthy * *.

    THink about it this way...

They broke the rules and caused this whole thing, UEFA punished them with a 3-0 forfeit meaning Celtic went through, the seedings changed and we got drawn the unseeded Maribor. Legia broke the rules. IF UEFA go back on their decision then by breaking the rules Legia have actually been rewarded with a more favourable draw as they took Celtics seeding.

Surely to * UEFA can't give a team that technically broke the rules a more benificial draw? It just can't happen in my eyes.

Was this not supposed to be at 7am? The longer it goes on the worse I think it is for us.

Just catching up with this now there, so revealed today the player told Berg he was still suspended before the game and he played him anyway.

Berg should be sacked in all.

If thats the case then teams that are unseeded should do this every year to get the same situation and have a more favourable draw? Get me?

Would be a "climb down" like never before if UEFA back down. I think were safe here guys as they have a track record of defending their decisions.

Aye.... essentially break the rules is the way forward...... it won't matter though, they're not getting back in.
