I can't see Legia winning the appeal.

    *knocks on wood* :fear:

    Yep, you got it right.
    And Celtic goes to Kazakhstan.
I dont think UEFA will change it though. If anything happens, it will be in CAS. Legia's chairman tweeted that 'uefa's decision will be made tommorow, most likely will go to CAS on friday', so he isnt optimistic about UEFA's decision either

Nah, they are not trying. They are succeeding.
Thats why i am saying. Celtic being quiet and not doing anything is PR suicide. That 2 sentence 'official statement' was pathetic.

    Was in the Sun today, from a UEFA official who said (paraphrasing);

"It is purely for the disciplinary committee to decide this, no one else. It is not for someone else to be asked."

Of course it was a footnote on a story stuck in the corner of the paper but there you go.

Celtic are doing the right thing, do you know why? I'll say it slowly so you understand.

IT. HAS. NOTHING. TO. DO. WITH. US.

your right it doesn't have anything to do with us, but legia has made sure its they bring us into it! bringing out statements about how Celtic wont answer phone calls, open letter to Celtic through there website, it is a total joke, and now this twitter campaign. :38:

Me neither. The entire appeal was done pro forma, to appease the fans somewhat.

I still can't get my head around the fact that a club like Legia was capable of such a gigantic * up.

    Believe me, I can.

If the last week or so is a reflection of how the club is run & conducts
itself then i'm surprised you don't have regular "gigantic * ups":50:

Agreed. * outfit with not an ounce of class or dignity.

They better * watch as well, UEFA don't take too kindly to owners who shoot their mouth off and go running to CAS when they don't agree with a decision.

Believe it or not, but until recently Legia has been perceived as a paragon of professionalism: great modern stadium and facilities, the best youth academy in Poland, the highest budget in Ekstraklasa etc.

It is very hard to understand how such mistake could have been made. Conclusions will have to be drawn, and necessary changes will have to be applied, so nothing like that ever happens again.

    Hmm so strange.

Oh yeah we made a mistake and broke the rules in doing so, fancy giving us £20 million as a gesture of good will?

This is the most ludicrous saga ever it's pathetic, does anyone of any club seriously belive that if the roles were reversed that their club would do the same?

I think all Celtic fans felt sorry for Legia when this came out but due to the behaviour of the Club & their fans, do not give a * now. I for one hope tomorrow goes against them now & we can tell them to * up.

Bringing Celtic in to this at every opportunity is shocking & all these twitter pictures with the 6:1 * is pathetic, it will be even funnier when they don't go through after all that.

I went on that Legia forum that was posted earlier & everyone of them blame Celtic for this rather than blaming their own * wee club

All the Legia fans should be banned as even the ones that were members before this happened have constantly brought Celtic into this & blamed them

Being of Polish heritage, I know that the previous generation of Poles were tough, hard men. It is sad to see the femboys they have become. #shamingyourforefathers

This really is getting very embarrassing now, hopefully tommorow it can all be put to bed and that will put an end to this nonsense that legia are coming away with. A very amateurish outfit in the way they both on and off the park, the fact that they managed to play a suspended player is bad enough itself, but their response since then have been even worse. All topped off by that 3 fuds holding that daft piece of card :56:.

Any sympathy I had for them has well and truly gone.
