I would like what the likely outcome is in your thoughts not just shot down in flames and people shouting no chance for sake of it haha.

It's advancing the story to be fair.

Although Dazza sure does love a bad news Celtic story...

There is 0 chance it will be overturned.

OK so go to court arbitration for sport like Sion did and don't receive the verdict till December. And it will still not be overturned.

You * up Legia, take it on the chin and * off.

If Uefa change their mind they will have to do both the CL and Europa draws again and reimburse any team that has already spent money on transport, this would mean Arsenal, Napoli, Porto and Zenit would all have to be drawn again and could get tougher/easier draws, do you think Uefa would do anything to * these clubs off ?

The fact that we're seeded in the draws and Legia aren't means they can't just swap us.

Alls I know is that supporters club associations have been told not to book any trips as of yet - obviousky as a precautionary.

That being said, they do not have a Legia to stand on :52:

To be fair this is at least something new but not Celtic chat so it's being moved to World football.

If however it turns into a rehash of the other Legia threads it will be closed.

What they are hoping will be excercised:

    Article 17 - General principles
    1. The competent disciplinary body determines the type and extent of the
disciplinary measures to be imposed in accordance with the objective and
subjective elements of the offence, taking account of both aggravating and
    mitigating circumstances.
    2. If the competent disciplinary body is of the opinion that information provided by
the party charged has been decisive in uncovering or establishing a breach of
UEFA’s rules and regulations, it may exercise its discretionary powers and scale
down its disciplinary measures or even dispense with them entirely.

I dont see it changing though. Maybe if Legia called UEFA at halftime saying that they made mistake and Bereszynski shouldn't be in match 18 (because it doesnt make a difference whether he came on the field or not) then it could be waived. However, this does show that UEFA has an option to 'exercise its discretionary powers and scale
down its disciplinary measures or even dispense with them entirely' if they choose to.
