    Not a chance, either which way. Logan can't back down from the claim (and none of us can question if he is telling the truth or not, we can play devils advocate though) and Tonev won't ever be able to come out and admit to it or he ruins himself.

    So we are back to square one, no evidence, and both men (rightly) standing by their own words. Who do you believe when there is no evidence?

    No one, dismiss the case, but put out a statement condemning racism and to support victims etc. Not blindly believe them and condemn a man.

    Maybe you should re-read what I said. The so called court established that Tonev probably used racist language and they based their decision on the fact that they felt that Logan was a more credible witness than Tonev.

    Was the court convened in Saudi Arabia or some other 3rd world Shithole where innocent until proven guilty is laughed at along with equal rights for all humans?
