I think asking for a dream CL group is awfully cheeky,

The fact that we are still in the qualifiers should mean that actually being in the CL group stage is a dream many of us had already given up on.

If we get past maribor i will be happy with any draw .. and think we should all be satisfied no matter who our team has to face

 

So you would think it is beyond us to pick up points against benfica, anderlecht and shaktar in their current state.

 

Maybe not, if we actually get past Maribor it's hard to say how much we'll improve for the group games.

Last year we only picked up 3 points in four matches against * Milan and Ajax teams.

I wouldn't write maribor off but I think we came up against a very good legia probably the best team that has came out of poland in years so I would say legia are better team than maribor. But we I doubt we are much better than maribor I said it in the maribor thread I predict a slim 1-0 or 2- 1 win on agg

I want Real Madrid. They really are the ultimate glamour team to draw. And then get two lesser teams that we should hopefully wriggle between and get third spot to go through to the Europa.

 

Absolutely. We all want the money and the glamour from being there. Thats enough at the moment. Ony when we're there can we talk about progress further into the tournament(s).
