ILTC is factually and probably legally correct. With the introduction of financial fair play, they can not allow themselves to have a precedent set where a team "gets away" with fielding intelligible players. They will have to enforce their rules for fear of future appeals based on this decision.

We'll not get back in but it's happened before so I'm not giving up hope. What's good for one team, is just as good a punishment for another.
