Celtic should have no say in this, it's really got nothing to do with us.

It's a minor *-up on Legia's part that might cost them big-time and it's for UEFA – and UEFA alone – to decide what happens. They either enforce the rules to the letter and sanction Legia with a 3-0 defeat; or, mindful of the circumstances, use their discretion to give them a lesser punishment.

If Lawwell or anyone else did appeal we'd look like the * * of Europe even more than we did on Wednesday night. Let UEFA make their decision and either gleefully accept our wee bit of luck or take it on the chin.

as has been posted before,the RUMOUR is legia will be allowed to go through, but only if celtic decide not to challange the decision further down the line, uefa should abide by there own rules and make the decision, as i said its all just RUMOURS, and i wonder if it was true what celtic would do,RUMOUR is they dont want to take it further, but knowing our m8 pete, this could be a mental 24 hours

We didn't flag this up and no business is going to turn down £12 million (or whatever it is), not us, not Barcelona, not Legia.

Hope common sense prevails tomorrow and you get a fine. If not, I hope you will understand our happiness at this (if it happens) astonishing reprieve.

Yeah so they'll allow a team to flout the rules as long as there's no complaints.. So the rulebook is worthless if there's no complaints..

I severely doubt any such thing is in place.

Even if it was it wouldnt be down to Lawwell. Celtic have shareholders etc and are a company, as a company we wouldnt turn down £1.7million in prize money and the potential for even more revenue.
