For Legia to play a player who is suspended...classy move.

 

Celtic probably never complained at all, how would we know?

UEFA would have been noting down bookings etc and realised a player played who was meant to be banned.

 

Can we have a vBookie event on this?

I want to bet all my v's that Legia will get away with a financial fine.

 

Deliberate or not the fact is mate both teams will have broken a UEFA rule and the clubs involved simply have to suffer the consequences. Nobody is saying it was deliberate cheating because clearly it wasn't. Like I say if it had been us that made the same mistake as Legia we'd just have to suck up the pain.

Morals i'm afraid don't come into it.

I think Celtic should not appeal

The player made NO difference to the result

Also We are not equipped to play in champions league
We do not deserve to play in champions league

Celtic don't need to do anything.

UEFA will have clocked they played a banned player and will deal with it by the rule book.

I'll forgive him if he admits his team are horrible cheats who deserve to be punished.

 

I'll have fond memories of the night we pumped Legia 3-0. The Sion games were different class, two 3-0 wins without kicking a ball, canny beat it!

I don't even like Legia very much (sorry, Legia fans, I do respect you and so mean no disrespect in saying that) and am against this because of the harm I think it does to Celtic.
