If the game was at CP then maybe we could pull it off, but as the game is in Edinburgh the odds are stacked against us even more.

    Gonna have to say no..

Do we get through to the Europa if we go out.....not sure myself ????

People will grow in confidence the further removed we get from this * show, and the closer we get to the return leg. I always do at least, but we're livin on a prayer, little more.

I really hope i am wrong but I doubt Celtic will go through.
Celtic have never, in Europe, overturned a 3 goal deficit.
We will be playing in the Europa League play offs.

Don't think we can do it but the team owes it to the fans to give a good performance next week and do us proud.

In polish there's a saying: " you play as good as your opponent lets you" Not sure if you know that.

That said, that defender, Ambrose(?), was worse than anything Ive seen in years. My condolences. How much does he earn again?

Europa League is a crock of * to be honest IMO!

I would rather get * oota that aswell, playing * teams at 6:05pm on a thursday night, the group stage nets you a fifth of the money the group stages the CL gets you. Your SPFL games get moved to sundays to accomodate them and with the sales of 3 or 4 players now (probably Van Dijk, Forster and Ambrose) could generate you the £20m you lost out on so therefore there will be NO more signings, therefore you will go with the same team and you will probably play teams better than Legia but they are * too and they will steam role you aswell!

For me it does reak of Mowbray again in a sense of lack of signings and the same ticky-tacky football that wont work, am sorry but celtic fans need to do something to show a stance against this board.

Some of our fans are scare-mongered into believing that we will go same way as the dead club if we spend money but what they fail to realise is we seem to be the only premiership team downsizing, we seem to take the league as a given, what will it take for celtic fans and board to react?

Some other premiership team wining the league this year?

I said at time ronny is one bad result away from a crisis.......

guess what ronny the alarm bells are ringing pal but it isnt all your fault!!!

Look at Kim Jon Lawwell and his dictatorship.......

Sure you can--this is football, anything is possible.

Legia seem to be getting better physically with every game, but they are still far from their top form and you can exploit that.

No, cant see it. Would be happy enough with a crack at Europa this year. We simply are not good enough for Champions league

"keep the faith" for me means keep the faith in the side and the board. I have no faith in the board whatsoever

That Depeche Mode when we score!!
    There is 2 main hopes.

1 They will already mentally think they are through

2 We go 2-0 up pretty quick.

Not a chance - the worrying thing was that Legia were actually distinctly average. So you'd have to think they will be capable of scoring a goal at least, and it's game over.

That was the worst performance defensively I have seen in 25 years as a Celtic supporter. The only conolation is that Ambrose is * for leg 2.

They ran through our defence so * easily it very well may be the same score at home.
Only good thing is EFe will be sat in the stands googling how to defend.
being so far behind may also stop us selling out the ground.

See the thing is Europa isn't the worst in the sense myself and a few others would
Like to experience new teams stadiums and city's! The Barcelona benfica * is starting to get really boring! I'm mad I know how can I possibly say that but tbh it is! We will probably see the same draw if we qualify to the groups and is rather avoid it !

I think legias defence and keeper looked beatable, so yes, its possible. but we don't look like we could defend a sandcastle at the moment. at 3-1 yes, now its 4-1 I think its a step too far . But I'll keep hoping

The europa league is our level anyway and it will probably be better for our coefficient if we do well in it.

Yes, but we absolutely cannot play Mulgrew at CB (or in a 2 man midfield) - he's far too slow. We have to move Lustig in and go with this at the back:

    Matthews---Lustig---Van Dijk---Izaguirre

Our squad of 3 years ago, better than the current squad, didn't get out of the group. This one wouldn't, either.
