Mulgrew is pish. Sad fact is, we have a team suited to Lennon's style and Lennon's style only. Ronny needs to be able to bring in some players who can press and control/pass a ball. Most of Lennon's * will have to go.

 

I thought we had half a team with eyes on a move. I think there may be unrest about the way lennon left and lack of signings. I also thought it looked like collins was gaffer out there. Ronny needs to really stand up and be counted for and build a team. I bet he wished he had his wee norewgian team out there.

We have so many players who are so clearly not Champions League quality it is embarrassing.

 

ah well, suppose I've saved a few quid by not going to one of the CL away games this season as i'd planned.

 

So we were the the only seeded team to go out ,* * that's imsult to injury

 

we are a mess, i dont get the idea of playing johanson on the left hand side, the guy is the only central midfielder we have who can pick out a pass going forward, really worried about the mistakes the manager is making so early on into his celtic career.

 

Its nowhere near as far fetched or embarrassing as you're making out. Lawell works with and for the SPFL, he's gonna do what he believes will secure the greatest financial investment in Scottish football and having a competitive SPL and tight 'Old Firm' games is just that.

i don't think mulgrew is pish though, just not a midfielder. we looked devoid of any attacking options. so many big gaps up front, no one in the box at any, granted few, crossing opportunities. clear out needed. plus Griffiths is a striker, never a winger.

 

and for the record i dont think we have a bad team, neil lennon built a squad and played to there strengths, and the players done it well, ronny has come in and tried to play an attacking brand of football with players who cant do it, this is all fine and well, its the fact when it doesnt go well he doesnt seem to have a plan b, or any tactical no how, to make us hard to beat, and thats annoying

Lawwell is NOT a Fan he doesnt care about the REAL fans out there who live and breath Celtic. In a sick kind of way i think he actually wants sevco back ASAP.

 

People having a go at Lennon, but he would have got us through that tie.
