Maybe I would, but what has this got to do with Celtic?

A lot: it has something to do with Legia, Legia is a champion of Poland, Poland is a country of origin of Celtic legend Artur Boruc (who was also a Legia player), Celtic is a club started by Irish immigrants and Irish are the lost tribe of Poles who wandered too far away from the camp (well, that's my theory, and I can't really prove it but there it is).

See? Everything in the universe is connected, that's why threads go off-topic so often.

Unless you prove your theory I'm going to have to refuse to believe it has anything to do with our fantastic club :icon_mrgreen:

Reminder that we're the only team they've beaten at home this season (5 attempts) and haven't yet lost an away game under Henning Berg.

We've thrown in the white flag and have decided not to bother with it.

A mediocre game by Legia, but they started with only 2 players (Kuciak and Brzyski) who were in the first 11 against Celtic. Vrdoljak was brought on at the end of the game, and Kosecki (a substitute against Celtic) played in the first 11 today (which probably means he won't start in Edinburgh).

I saw the players were also wearing armbands like the resistance fighters did, pretty cool if you ask me.

I thought Legia played pretty well, their strikers were atrocious though. Piech was especially wasteful.

Don't even get me started on Piech, Mike. :47:

How come a club like Legia doesn't have a single proper striker is beyond me.

During the World Cup in Germany, I met a few Scots in quite an unusual situation. We sat with two friends in the midst of people dressed in Polish colors. We were surprised that the people closest to us the whole time talking in English. So we asked where they came from. They told us that they had come from Scotland to support the Poles. Men aged about 50 years. They told us that they had come to support the Polish team, because they respect our history, bravery and honor. They also told us that our nations are similar. They had a really impressive knowledge about the Warsaw Uprising. After the game we talked about history, about what connects us late into the night. It was an incredible meeting that I will remember for the rest of my life.

    History lesson removed by staff.

Stay on topic please which is the match itself.

    Celtic fans,

some of You mentioned about some mytical "early goal", like:

early goal and we`ll be in CL
early goal and we will trash them.

What is that mytical Early Goal?
Probably your memories from Karagandy and Artmedia, when Celtic had much better team.

Please have in mind another Early Goal, you shot it in Warsaw, in 7th minute.
How many minutes took Legia to response? 1? 2?

Forget about some Early Goals, it will be the fight from the first till last minute, we are warriors, we will not lie down and cry after the first early goal and wait for another.

Your defense does not seem to be the worldbeaters.
    Beware :)!

    Regards!

Crush those Polish bums! You can do it! Pukki will bag a hat trick and there you go.

    Mon the Hoops! :shamrock:
