Racist? How is that racist in anyway? To be perfectly honest I could have used that for any opponent that beat us last night. I have nothing against Polish folk. I think you're one of those folk who just throws the word around without actually thinking about what means.

After having time to cool down and clear my head, I now think that it is possible for us to advance. Last year we pulled off what seemed impossible against Karagandy. I realise that Legia are of better quality but I don't think they are that great. They were aided by a poor performance from us and of course 10 men. It'll be very difficult but I still believe that we can go through.

Of course, you still have a chance. However, if players like Radović, Żyro and Duda will play at a high level, your defense will lose again. Also our goalkeeper with good form, it's * difficult to overcome. Now playing with an injury. Next week he will be in full disposal.

I don't drink mate. Maybe in hindsight the comment was a bit harsh. I actually believe I said near enough the same thing to the Juve fans after that horrid night of cheating.

wouldnt mind seeing those 3 in a celtic shirt.qaulity players who we could probably afford.obviously they would rather stay if legia make the group stages, but if they dont we should try and sign one of them.kosecki another guy i was impressed with.

Hopefully our defenders will get their act together. If they can keep Messi, Sánchez and Neymar at bay for 90 minutes, they can keep Radović, Żyro and Duda quiet. That's no slight on your players. :50: That said, if we play like we did last in the first leg, we'll be in for another long night.

I really like Radović, Żyro and Duda. Could have done with them in our side last night. :smiley-laughing002:

I'm hoping Mulgrew doesn't start at centreback. I would rather Lustig and Van Dijk to be the pairing.

I understand perfectly, but you must see how your words could be taken the wrong way and blown out of proportion. That's why I think it was irresponsible from the WP journalist to take your words and translate them in that article without a single word of comment about the context in which they were written (after the game, in emotional state, without really meaning anything racist etc.)

Żyro missed a couple of sitters and was constantly caught off-side. True, he scored a goal but had an all in all average game.

Radović and Kosecki played quite well (I think Kosecki should start in the first 11 in Scotland-we will need his pace and dribbling on the counter).

Yes, we have great expectations for his career. Currently the long injury slowed him. He's the son of our well-deserved player Roman Kosecki https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jjymaRhqg8
His son is also a good dribbler with good, technical shot and is very fast with the ball at his feet. The most dangerous shots is the angle of about 45 degrees, tight curly at the far post.

I'd say your goalkeeper looked like one of the weak links in the team, especially crosses into the box. Actually, one of the very, very, very few instances where I cracked a smile last night was his attempt at punching a cross out the box and making a hash of it. That and our goal.

Żyro made the most progress since our coach is Berg. His most dangerous weapon is a pass and the game in a triangle. He can play awesome short and long passes that bypass all defensive. He is unconventional and fast. Dribbling is also unusual, sometimes it looks funny but it is effective. It is the most recently watched player by scouts of foreign clubs.

Kosecki is not ready for 90 minutes of the game.

That's right - it was not his best game. This is due to the knee injury he suffered in the last league match. For the previous coach our defensive play much worse. To him we owe largely the last two titles. Besides, goalikeepers are always strong point of our club. Boruc, Fabianski, Szczesny, etc.. etc.. :)

Somehow I was never a keen admirer of Żyro. I do hope he will be transferred to a good club (for good money) and develop as a player there.

Even if that's the case, I still think he should start. We will need him on the counter attack, and if the score is safe at 60 min, we can bring in Kucharczyk from the bench.

I saw in him the potential for a long time. Watching the game from the stands you see a lot, especially playing without the ball. Gyro is the intelligent player. I think it will continue to grow and that this is his last season in our club.

I think so too. However, the coach thought otherwise and so far he's right;) But possibly in a rematch Kosecki runs out in the first squad. Kucharczyk is much weaker player.
