As I said before, communists murdered four times as many people as the nazis, and Che Guevara was undoubtedly a communist, hence a representative of the most genocidal ideology in the history of human race. No way around it, sorry.


But, coming back to the subject of the thread; I can recall only two times when Legia won 4-1 at home in Europe:

- in 2001/2002 season, Legia-Elfsborg 4-1; Elfsborg-Legia 1-6 (Elfsborg had to attack, and Legia countered);

- in 2002/2003 season, Legia-FC Utrecht 4-1; FC Utrecht-Legia 1-3 (Utrecht had to attack, Legia countered)

Having said that, Celtic seems to be a stronger team than both Elfsborg and Utrecht, so Legia has to stay focused.

The socialist symbols on display (Connolly, XV International Brigade, Ernesto Guevara?) are far removed from any guise of Marxism/socialism in the Eastern Bloc. If you think Stalinism would be tolerated at Celtic Park, you're well wide of the mark.

No one would dare display any of those Legia banners at Celtic Park, so you have to ask yourself if the other supporters in the stadium are complicit by their silence, if indeed it is only a small minority with these views.
