At least it's not 'the players were fantastic' when winning 0-1 in paisley and playing dire..

He doesn't settle.or.rest on his laurels, he demands more and that's a great quality that will (i think) keep up happy throughout the season around january onwards..

Hopefully we'll still be involved in the domestic cups at least around then anyway..

Weird having a manager with a plan.

Hopefully he'll actually take some of the blame for a poor performance instead of shifting everything onto the players :50:

It encourages me when I hear Deila talking about playing at a high tempo. If you look back over the last few seasons at our best performances(0-5 at Fir Park, 0-7 at Tynecastle etc) we have passed the ball at a high tempo and have pressed the opposition in their own half, forcing them into mistakes that we then capitalised on. That's the way we should always look to play, domestically at least. Conversely, if you look at some of our worst performances over the past few seasons you will probably find that our passing was slow and laboured and that we failed to create much in the way of chances.

So if Ronny Deila wants to drum a high tempo game into our players then good luck to him, hope he is successful in doing so. :celt_2:

There were signs at Murrayfield, folk just chose to forget it because Legia smashed us.

Maribor is the reprieve the club and Deila have been given to prove themselves and we'll have a much better bash at it. He still needs backed with proper money though, that hasn't changed 1 bit.

Definitely. We were fantastic against Reykjavik which was quickly forgotten after the Legia games.
