One of the more, let’s say, interesting moments from last week’s Edge and Christian hosting extravaganza came when Jerry Lawler piped up during Raw to say Christian was now retired. Later in the show, Paul Heyman would also make reference to Christian’s chronic concussion issues. It was odd because Christian himself never mentioned anything about being retired, and usually a multi-time world champion at least gets the chance to give a little speech or something when they’re hanging up their boots. It almost seemed as if Christian was being put out to pasture against his will.

Well, it turns out that’s exactly what’s happening. Recently at a charity bingo event (yes, a charity bingo event) being attended by Christian and Jericho, Cap’n Charisma fan Alicia Fleming asked if he was indeed retired from the ring, and his answer was an unequivocal no. She then asked about Jerry Lawler saying he was retired on Raw, and Christian reportedly shot back that Lawler was wrong.

I have mixed feelings about this business. On the one hand, Christian is one of my favorite performers of all time, and if he thinks he can go, I’d like to see him get one more run, or at least a proper retirement match. The fact that both Edge and Christian may end up being retired against their will is just too sad. On the other hand, Christian looks like he’s made of beef jerky, can’t seem to wrestler for longer than a week without tearing something or giving himself a concussion and I don’t want to see him damage himself further.

According to our fan reporter, when they mentioned Christian getting a retirement ceremony like Edge, he just smirked and replied with a self-depricating “Well, I don’t know about that.” Well, I do you yellow * – you deserve to go out reeking of awesomeness Christian, just try not to kill yourself doing so.

River City has had more wrestling talent on it in this episode than wwe this year.

    - The entire script for last night’s WWE RAW was re-written at 3pm EST on Monday.

Regarding the creative for last night’s RAW, it was noted backstage that a lot of the lines that Stephanie McMahon and Triple H did were something that sounded like it was straight out of Vince McMahon’s mouth. There was a feeling that Vince took the script at 3pm, tore it up and re-write it. The belief was that the promos from The Authority were Vince’s vision, and they were executing it, and not the voice of Triple H and Stephanie.

There was a lot of people backstage unhappy with the show. The feeling was Ryback, Erick Rowan and Dolph Ziggler were left in a bad spot with the “firing” angle at the end of the show, especially Ziggler.

    - Regarding the 2015 WWE Hall of Fame, PWInsider confirms that Randy Savage is a top candidate for this year's class and some people have been told that he is going in.

Sting's name has not been talked about lately and with him living in Texas now, his induction might make more sense for WrestleMania 32.

Another name still discussed for this year is Ray "The Crippler" Stevens. We noted a few weeks back that Stevens was likely because of his history in the area. He may be inducted by WWE Hall of Famer Pat Patterson.

Right what's the guesses guys who will debut or return for TNA tonight on their first show on a new network ?, they have been after Del Rio but myself I don't really see any big surprise debutant, think we could see a Chris Sabin return though as he really hasn't latched onto anywhere since leaving.
