WWE issued a statement to The Washington Post denying rumors that Brock Lesnar did not appear on RAW on Monday due to problems with heart health.

A theory purported by a writer for WhatCulture.com is that Lesnar may be dealing with a heart condition. This theory is based on Lesnar's physical appearance during his WWE World Heavyweight Title defense again John Cena at Night of Champions on Sunday, where he was sweating profusely and had turned both red and purple in his face mere minutes into the match.

The Washington Post highlighted an excerpt from the article, which states, "The current WWE Champion started his match against John Cena with a completely normal look. However, after just a couple of minutes, Lesnar was already sweating profusely and had turned both red and purple in his face. This is normal for someone undergoing intense physical exertion, but Lesnar was barely doing anything of note. A rehearsed wrestling match shouldn't be turning a man purple. … Fans have noted that in addition to turning red and intensely sweating, Brock also appeared to be struggling for breath. Yes, he's a big guy, but he shouldn't be reacting like this. It's a worrying indicator of health problems such as blood pressure or risk of heart attack."

WWE responded to the newspaper's inquiry on the article via e-mailed statement, saying there is "no truth to the rumors about issues with Brock Lesnar's health." The organization did not offer an alternative explanation as to why Lesnar did not appear on Raw.

Lesnar was never advertised for Monday's RAW in Memphis, Tennessee, and according to PWInsider.com, flew back home Monday morning.

We noted before that John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar is not scheduled for WWE's * In a Cell pay-per-view. It turns out that Lesnar may not be scheduled at all for * In a Cell, unless things change.

This episode of Impact was really lacking in promos and segments, some good matches though.

Vince McMahon has reportedly had a rule that nobody from the WWE Total Divas cast can hold the Divas Title. It's said that this is one of those rules that can change tomorrow.

On a related note, there has been booking frustration regarding Total Divas. Vince reportedly goes through phases where he wants the RAW storylines to sync with Total Divas. However, Total Divas is taped so far in advance and there are communication issues as to what content airs when and it's not always possible to have everything on the same page.

At the same time, it's said that there are times when Vince doesn't see the issue as being that important.

We noted before how WWE was writing this week's RAW script as the show aired and that Roman Reigns going down caused a lot of changes. Vince McMahon reportedly decided to re-write the entire show at around 6:40pm on Monday. When RAW began at 8pm, the writers were not done with the script yet.

Prince Devitt will be using the name Finn Balor in WWE NXT.

TNA Impact Wrestling needs a new home, and their are several potential cable networks in the mix.

TNA's flagship television show, Impact, will not remain on Spike TV when its contract runs out at the end of the year, according to The Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer and despite what anyone within TNA or Spike TV will tell you. The company lines, at least publicly, is that Spike and TNA are still negotiating. That, according to Meltzer, is no longer the case.

Meltzer goes on to report that TNA is negotiating with four television networks to carry Impact once its current deal expires. Those are said to be WGN America, Velocity, and two "mystery networks." Not knowing the mystery networks, WGN America seems like the network with the largest clearance. Although not carried by Comcast Cable, one of the largest providers in the United States, WGN America is available in 73.969 million homes across the country, covering about 64.7 percent of U.S. televisions. Velocity is carried in just 52.271 million homes, which equates to roughly 45.8 percent.

Here's the issue: Spike TV is carried in 97.639 million homes, which is more than 85.5 percent of televisions in the U.S. No matter how you slice it, TNA moving its programming to WGN or especially Velocity, takes eyeballs away from the product. At the very least, it takes potential eyeballs away, and opportunities for growth.

Spike is one of the most widely carried networks in the country, available in slightly more homes than SyFy, which airs WWE's Smackdown and less than one million less than USA Network, which airs Raw. If TNA moves Impact to Velocity, it cuts its clearance nearly in half. Even a move to WGN America cuts its television clearance by more than 20 percent. It's presumed, though not known for sure, that both WGN and Velocity would likely pay less of a rights fee to TNA for the program, unless a bidding war helps drive up the price.

Two potential candidates for the mystery networks could be CMT and G4. CMT has its toe dipped into the pro wrestling pool already, airing Steve Austin's Broken Skull Challenge and G4 is moving away from its traditional video game format, and more towards "young male entertainment," which is similar to what Spike pushed itself when it first signed up TNA.

Here are two potential problems, though. G4 is owned by NBC Universal, which has an agreement already in place with WWE. CMT is owned by Viacom, the parent company for Spike TV, and it no longer seems interested in being in the wrestling business. TNA president Dixie Carter tweeted last month that she was in "the Windy City" for meetings, and Tribune Media, which owns WGN, is based in Chicago. There are other outliers, too. Fox Sports 1 was rumored to be interested in WWE when its television contract was available earlier this year, and TNA has a prior history with Fox.

Regardless, unless Impact moves to a network that has a similar clearance to Spike, it's a step down for TNA
