    Calum Mc Gregor

Calum has probably been one of the few bright lights in our season to date.
Up to now he has probably been Ronnie Deila's first name on the team sheet especially in the more attacking end of the team . However with our recent signings and players becoming available after injury is Calum's place on the team now in jeopardy .

No true Celtic fan would ever ask such a question.

Surely a true Celtic fan has a right to discus Celtic 's best first eleven without parochialism or Nationality coming into it .

Really good to see a youth player do well especially after everybody was writing him off hope we give real chances to more of are youth much prefer a Barcelona, bilbao type model with the core of the team being raised up through are ranks rather then just random players looking to get into the premier league

St Pauli , have you to show yourself up every time you post . The only reason and anyone could question a fellow poster on Calum's future selection possibilities would be reasons of Nationality or locality.

I am sure the Celtic board and management would love to get the core of the team from the academy but even though many are very good at 16/17 most fail to make the big team step up. This happens with even the best teams in the EPL as well.. Probably to do with the love of bad women and bad drink which is the curse for the youth in these islands .

Forrest might slot back into right wing once he is fit or one of our new signings might find themselves over there, however I don't think it's Callum who needs to worry about losing his place (at the moment). Commons is the one who should be worried just now I would think.

We are hardly comparable to teams in the EPL. I think our future is to find and nurture future talent. Not to waste millions on failed players like Pukki.Balde.Rasmussen.Murphy. Etc. at least if our own don't work out, we can move them on.
