Not having a go at lennon but why was this lad never given a game before now when he is clearly good enough.

 

He was obviously a bit raw

 

Because he wasn't at the club.

The year Lenny put him out on loan has done wonders for him.

 

good point- we have 4, 5 players in the squad that could be doing with a year out on loan to develop.

 

I'd like to see him in the Commons role

 

Very similar to Commons but a lot fitter and obviously younger, feels like a new signing tbh.

 

What a wee player we have here. So chuffed for him

 

Cant beat having a natural goalscorer gliding forward from midfield to get important goals.

He is a gem.

 

Should been in the Scotland squad for the games next month. Started the season on fire

 

3 goals in 3 European away games.

 

Love to see him playing in there myself. I think he will become a top player under the guidance of RD. Chances are too his body is still growing look at the changes with Ramsey from 2 seasons ago to last season came back a lot stronger physically and mentally. Hopefully a bright future ahead for this fella.

 

Commons time is up imo. Been a great signing and sad to see it ending like this but that's the way of the game.

McGregor has been a bit of a sensation tbh, grabbed this chance well and truly by the balls and not looked back.

Chasing Sammy's away record in Europe as well. These new wingers have got a tough fight on their hands to try and get a position on the wing where McGregor plays. A wee reminder of what the Wee Man can do from Notts County last season, a bit more of what we've got to look forward to.

Probably my favourite player at the moment

 

Certainly got the knack of being in the right place at the right time, he's not the quickest but has that wee burst of pace in tight situations that creates a yard for a shot/cross. If he keeps getting game time throughout the season he's destined to hit at least a dozen goals, which ain't half bad. Personally I think he needs to brush up on his defensive awareness if he is to continue out wide otherwise he could become a hinderance in that role, although given that his true position is prob as a 2nd striker it may be asking too much. Not the most creative or eye catching but without doubt has that eye for a goal.

Have to disagree with that tbh, he's looked excellant. That assist for Stokes header which he crossed in with his weak foot btw was perfect for Stokes head who should maybe have done better. A top class assist imo.

A very entertaining player to watch imo, right up Ronny's street.
