Easily - they are named after my favourite animal and I first seen them long before I knew Rangers were nicknamed the bears.

True enough. Its not like the huns own the color blue or the rights to the animal. Gotta separate different parts of your life

To his credit she said '9 yards away!' and he responded ' 9 yards from what?' His focus was on winning and making the playoffs not the overall record! Now that is professional! Peterson is and should be the MVP!:50:

Peterson, half machine, half amazing. He has to be the MVP.

    Great player.

Totally agree. What an inspired season he had and good to see him lead his team into the playoffs. Although I don't see Green Bay letting another playoff game slip by them at home this time when they play the Vikings next week.

On the side of the Raiders well sad as it is to say I was in a way glad of the loss to the Chargers yesterday. A win would have been totally meaningless and would have seen the Raiders pick #7 in the draft a loss and now the Raiders pick #3. Let the rebuilding begin.

Have to say I watched the whole Raiders game and Pryor really showed a lot of heart and leadership qualities. He's had some good throws and some bad ones.

However the boy can run. He's extremely athletic and would give us another dangerous offensive weapon.

Give the man some time and more importantly games. I wanna see more of him.

After predicting a 5-11 season I am still in shock that my Vikes made it to the playoffs. If our D can get more pressure on Rodgers next week, there is a chance we can shock them. I hate to say it but well done Leslie Frazier and the coaching staff for this achievement.....SKOL....

    Firings:

Arizona Cardinals: Ken Whisenhunt and general manager Rod Graves are out, according to a team source reports NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

    Buffalo Bills:
Coach Chan Gailey was let go after three seasons that went nowhere in Buffalo. The defense and quarterback play never improved. It's unclear if general manager Buddy Nix will remain.

    Chicago Bears:
In the first mild surprise of the day, coach Lovie Smith was fired after three playoff appearances in nine years, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported. General manager Phil Emery took the job last year and will hire his own man.

    Cleveland Browns:
The team announced Monday morning that coach Pat Shurmur and GM Tom Heckert are both out. They never had much of a chance once new owner Jimmy Haslam bought the team.

    Kansas City Chiefs:
Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt announced the team has parted ways with coach Romeo Crennel. The team said it has not made a final decision about GM Scott Pioli's status. NFL.com's Steve Wyche reported Sunday that the Chiefs are expected to retain Pioli despite a disastrous season.

    Philadelphia Eagles:
Owner Jeffrey Lurie confirmed Monday morning that coach Andy Reid is out after 14 seasons in Philadelphia. The Eagles won't waste any time starting a coaching search.

    San Diego Chargers:
The Chargers announced both coach Norv Turner and general manager A.J. Smith have been let go. Ron Wolf has been brought in as a consultant to help search for the next leadership group.

For thinking the Vikings have a chance, you are not "by the Nile".

    You are in denial...

After this season, what are the best and worst divisions in the NFL?

AFC West is worst for me, even though Denver are in it. Cause the Chiefs, Raiders and to a lesser extent Chargers are awful.

NFC South is best, purely because Falcons and Saints are both really good. Only division with 2 top teams imo.

Saying this right now, Akers and Gostkowski will lose the Niners and Pats a playoff game each.
